120 km to the north from Helsinki, lake Vesijärvi 20 m (length 23 km, width 5 km), shallow water, sandy bottom, pier, owner's houseboat and motor boat are moored at the pier. The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Living room with sofa, one sleeping site (90 x 200 cm) by using a separate mattress pad on the sofa, kitchen, dining area with sofa bed for one, bedroom with Yankee bed 160x200 cm, bedroom with 3 single beds (80x200 cm), WC with shower, glazed terrace. A pavilion on the beach, there are places for sleeping if weather is warm. Cooking hut with barbecue facilities and wood heated sauna. There is electric lighting in the pavilion and the cooking hut. There is also wood heated hot tub on the beach, which can be rented by separate price. Prices during year 2022: 160 euro per day, 210 euro / 2 days. Booking of hot tub must be done in advance from the owner. Note! Check-out time at this cottage is already at 11.00 (also in weekend bookings). Flat and grassed plot, suits well for many kinds of outdoor games. Shallow beach is ideal for children too. The beach is 20 m away. On the beach there is pier, from which the water depth is about 3 m. Therefore, the depth of the beach is not suitable for children who cannot swim yet. Lake Saarijärvi is small and clean watered wilderness lake. You may be able to follow the lives of a pair of black-throated diver and swans and also the evening sun rays through a rugged rocky landscape. There is only this cottage and cottage 3294 (which is owned by same owner) by this lake. The cottages have distance of 80 m. There are no other neighbors, so these cottages can enjoy the tranquility of nature. From the cottage yard opens extensive berry and mushroom picking areas. Outdoor recreation opportunities are excellent. The destination has the STF (Sustainable Travel Finland) certificate issued by Visit Finland. Villa Ebba is cute, pink grandma's cottage in the middle of the countryside. There is a DROP pool, a wood-fired pool on the covered terrace. During period 1.5. - 30.10. the pool can be freely used. In winter, the owner heats it up and charge is 100 € / time (paid directly to the owner by cash). Heating must be booked well in advance. The pool has a -15 degree limit (cannot be used if there is - 15 celcius or colder). The beach is 0.8 km away and can be reached along a way by car or by bike (bike can be rented from owner) or walking. The beach is hard and deep. Owner rents a lakeside sauna by extra cost 3 km away, there also beach suitable for children. Lakeside sauna's rent is 150 € / use. Owner will be heated sauna ready for clients. Payment on the spot to the owner. Next to Villa Ebba lives during summer time a couple of dozen of sheep. Guests can feed the sheep if they want. As an assistant there is professional shepherd / a herding dog Pike. The owners can gladly tell about the sheep and their treatment. Tervalepikko's sheep live under conventional conditions in the middle of meadow and forest. Please mention when you book the cottage if you need travel bed for babies and high chair.
