GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed for one night bed and breakfast. On arrival we were not asked for identification, which surprised us, but wasn’t a problem for us either. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. There was a good selection of teas, coffee with kettle, and a couple of ginger biscuits. There was also a mini fridge, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The shower looked new and was excellent as used in the morning. The plug on the sink didn’t work so had to leave the tap running when shaving but again it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast consisted of continental and cooked and this was excellent also. Overall we would recommend staying here as it’s a great central location with excellent facilities.

MMessy8789Enjoyed everything about our stay at Argyle House. Rooms were comfy and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was especially friendly and welcoming. There was even complimentary local whisky in the room! It’s in a great location across the road from a free car park and with beautiful hills and scenery all around. Great place to stay!

CCarlos cgMacbeth's Hillock is located between Forres and Nairn. The pod is cosy and well equipped, also there is a barbecue you can use. The place is peaceful and perfect for couples. The communication with the host was quick and solved all our queries. A huge thank you to Karen and George for making our stay so memorable.

GGuest UserI found this place while looking for an Elgin area accommodation for a whiskey tour. The location is so good and the facilities are clean. Good value for money. However, there is no separate reception, so please refer to it when using it.

GGuest UserThis big mansion is definitely a big surprise in the journey. The owner of 78 years old did everything by himself. He raised horses at home. He pulled out and said that riding horses can ride 24 miles is his home territory for us to try. He bought this big house 10 years ago and spent three years renovating it. It is made into a family hotel. The house is newly renovated. There is no old house. The old house is very soundproof and there is no thick floor sound.  To be honest, this big mansion is a bit sorry for him. This is a castle mansion, a very rare experience.  I sent a lot of pictures, it is really beautiful.
