Lovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included
The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb
It is very unexpected that the boss is a Chinese couple who have already settled in the UK. The room is clean, soundproof, the toiletries are good, and the hygiene is very good. At the same time, we have made a lot of good suggestions for our travel, and given improvements A lot of efficiency, guests can park, breakfast is a traditional English breakfast, very happy staying 😃
Easy check in; only a short walk from the train station and the main centre. Next to parks and possible to walk to Warwick along the Avon and canal footpaths. Fantastic breakfast and room has everything you need for a short stay.
Delightful hotel, with kind attentive staff. For us it was a bit of a surprise as we were just looking for a stop off on a long journey. We’ll definitely return.

I spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming.
The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete.
They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room.
It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes.
I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!
What a lovely 1 night stay I had. Bill is a great host providing spotlessly clean rooms, great hospitality, perfect in room facilities, great choice of locally sourced breakfast, good location 15 mins stroll from the town and an all round very good value for money B&B.
I will definitely be back.

YYuanI came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either.
Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room.
Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable.
Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.
GGuest UserVery good, the address is far away, the traffic is not very convenient, but the boss is very good, relatively biased but the environment is good, it is also a good choice, next time you have the opportunity to live

MMagdalena Sofia Prado Garcia MataThe room and the bathroom were considerately big and spotless. The place is at a walking distance of all interesting places.I'd love to return to Arden place.
GGuest UserPlace very dated but clean, with lovely staff and nicely presented breakfast. I also appreciated the water always available in the reception!
