Hhb5555This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out!
The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists.
The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel.
The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

GGuest UserVery cool apartments. Everything is cleanly arranged to have a sofa bed washing machine right here there is powder, tea, coffee, shower gel, air conditioner. And I took all this for a pretty cheap price (before in Turkey, there was a double-world apartment and at the same time two (three) times more expensive. Georgia – just super country. Everyone who will be in Batumi – I advise to stay here. You will not regret!
