Cons: the kitchen is very slow, with one cook and one waiter, who doubles as the reception manager and hostess—all rolled into one. Breakfast is a la carte—there's no buffet of any kind, and it takes a long time to prepare. We waited 50 minutes and left without receiving three of our five orders, as we had a long commute that day.
Conclusion: improve the staff and it will be 5 stars!"

"Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again."

The property is located in 30-40 mins of ride from the airport. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I arrived late, around 1am, they met me with no problem (and gave even a little food, cause i've complained i'm very hungry after the flight and everything is closed 😅). The place is very clean and cozy. I recommend you to eat a local kitchen in Navat restaurant (there are two: 900m and 1500m).

IrkinnThe room looked huge in the pictures, but it was actually quite small. The shower curtain in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been washed or changed in years; I was scared to even accidentally touch it. However, I liked everything else about the place; it was modest, cozy, and charming. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. I really enjoyed everything and had a pleasant stay. The hotel grounds are also fantastic, very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality, I'd happily return again!

A wonderful hotel with a new renovation, excellent service staff (especially the reception girls and all the security guards), everything is top notch! A nice restaurant with a summer terrace. A beautiful view from the window of the mountains) We will definitely come back, but this time for a vacation, not for work:) Thank you for the warm welcome!
