Good enough room space and well decorated, queen size comfortabl bedding. Bathroom and shower good . Need to take care of room service, like clean bin everyday routine basis. We didn't take any food facilities.

My 1st time staying here with my son. Affordable price for 2 nights. Chose this apartment because it's near to Hospital Putrajaya, visiting my niece warded there. Although the house looks like it's suitable for students not for family. I upgraded my room to a room with bathroom because the room with shared bathroom had no windows. There's a cctv in the living room area. There's also a mamak's restaurant near by if you want to eat before going back home. Overall it's ok because we only come back at night to sleep but not recommended for family.

Recently stayed at this Studio – Split Level, and it was such a delightful experience. The room I was in had an absolutely stunning city view, bright and lively in the day, and at night it transformed into a breathtaking scene filled with colorful lights. I could even enjoy a clear view of the i-City Park night lights right from my window, making it perfect for some peaceful late-night sightseeing without leaving the room, or you could just step out the to the balcony. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with more than enough amenities provided for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the spacious layout, which made it feel even more relaxing. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay, and I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next visit here

I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.

Notes: 1. Self Check In / Check Out 2. Deposit RM100 required (by transfer) will be returned after 7 working days 3. Paid Car Park 4. Nice room 5. Towel - Please upgrade. I got a ”Family Day” towel. LOL. Overall. Ok. Repeat? Not in my priority list. But still acceptable.

Terrible service, requested for deposit and personal details via whatsapp. PDPA hello! Why cant just register at the service desk and pay deposit like all the other companies? Takes 3 working days just to get back deposit while the rest can just take from service desk? Handle via whatsapp but still collect key from service desk, why so stupid? Terrible and never again with manhattan.

good, very simple check in and check out and the infos are clear, nice building and the amenities in the room also great

I’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following: 1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕 2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨 3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤 The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent. I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.

Comfortable, clean and safe.. Spacious room for two people...... Sorry the picture is irrelevant..
