The rooms are well-decorated, and the air conditioning is powerful, running 24/7. Each room has its own private bathroom. There's an open-air balcony and a sunroom for drying clothes, plus a washing machine and other complete facilities. The communal area on the first floor is great for working, eating, watching movies, or binge-watching shows. The location is convenient, with a Tangjiu convenience store right downstairs.

Located just few meters from Bell tower, entrance is a bit tucked away ( left from mobile phone store is entrance next to some delivery boxes, take a lift to 3rd floor where reception is. You’ll get slippers and locker to leave your shoes. I’ve stayed in shared 4 bedroom, pod was huge, I’m 6,2 and I could sit up without hitting my head. You get locker in the room but you can’t store large items , only underseat size bag or small backpack. WiFi is descent, toilets and showers clean, as entire hostel in general, laundry and dryer available , nice communal space. I would definitely stay here again .

It's actually quite good, but there's a long-term resident who can be a bit noisy. They were clanging around all night, so I barely slept. I went for breakfast in the morning; the front desk staff and owner were really nice, highly recommend. There are two separate bathrooms, and it would be even better if there were squat toilets.

This is my sixth business trip this year, and I've chosen this place. I've been following it since December last year, and I always thought the owner's pricing was quite reasonable. For a location like the Bell Tower, with this kind of environment and bedding, it's genuinely a steal. I've stayed in their 14-bed, 12-bed, and 10-bed dorms before, and this time it was a 10-bed. The experience was excellent. Downstairs, you get a view of the Bell Tower streetscape, and the bedding is still incredibly comfortable. Whenever there's an available bed, they always let me check in early. It's rare to find a hostel in Xi'an that makes early train arrivals feel so at home, and I've stayed in many. The public restrooms are huge, always being cleaned by staff. The showering and toilet areas are separate, and there are about ten sinks. The common areas are bright and well-lit. They provide complimentary disposable towels, and there's fresh water available every day.

I booked a 12-bed dorm for 29 RMB. However, it was fully booked (as the previous occupants hadn't extended their stay), so the owner kindly upgraded me to a 6-bed dorm for free. All the guests there were very considerate and quiet. The room itself was also quiet, had a window, and good air circulation. I was truly impressed by the price! The hostel is located right across from Metro Exit G1 – I even thought my navigation was wrong because it was so easy to find.

Seriously, I genuinely believe this is the absolute best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and they're incredibly helpful. Most importantly, it's super quiet, and the facilities are extensive. I had such a great experience! It's also amazing value for money – truly brilliant, honestly better than many hotels! If you're coming to Xi'an and haven't found the right hostel yet, you have to check this place out!

I went here to hike the mountain. The staff was amazing and explained to me how I could best approach the walk in English! There was also a laundry machine available. The room was nice and clean. I could see the beautiful mountain from my room!

Initially not as terrible as I had feared despite the low price. The layer of dust I saw when leaving my luggage early (in some corner because there was nobody to talk to) was gone when I checked in later. Place was easy to find (first image, take the elevator to the 5th floor and you're there) and in a very local area. Nice eateries and a small mobile phones and accessories mall turning left then right when leaving the building. Huimin Street and Drum and Bell Towers in walking distance. Free water dispenser and plenty of space in the hostel despite the lack of power outlets at the workspaces. But there comes the problem. The voltage at the power outlet seems elevated, my charger melted and almost caught fire although I used it everywhere else in Asia as well as for several weeks in China already. Other chargers I tried at this place also got extremely hot. They put me in a separate room to prevent another bad review on the potential production of spit, noise, dirt and sometimes even cigarette smoke in the dorms. One bathroom even had a seat toilet. Obviously plenty of smoking in the common area.

This hotel is very good location and clean, I really enjoy taking a rest at this hotel, really appreciate that it's very near to Tiyuchang metro station (Exit D). There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby the building that is very convenient. The hotel staff and the hotel owner also give a warm welcome to me, thank you so much. Everything in the hotel is clean and convenient. I will come to use service from this hotel again next time. And this hotel is near to travel spots (small wild goose, Xian museum), it's very good location hotel.

The hostel has a lot of potential with a rooftop, great WiFi and comfortable beds, as well as lockers and a welcome package including some soap and slippers. However, the cleanness definitely needs improvement. Especially in the bathroom! (And under the bunks) I had a bunk bed in a room for 14 guys (not sure if there are more rooms for guys), so at least 14 guys have only 3 toilets and 2 showers. That’s not much but worst of all is if it’s not cleaned enough. With this amount of guests cleaning it multiple times a day is absolutely necessary. So overall, something that can and needs to be improved
