Very Good

MMizLilyBeeJust needed a quick nights rest before an early morning flight. Smugglers was just what I needed. Guest service was efficient, location is conveniently on the beach restaurant was delicious and the room facilities were clean. They even had an airport shuttle for my sunrise flight.

PPum_PumWe had a wonderful 4-day stay at this lovely beachfront property. The location is fantastic—just steps away from a well-maintained beach, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out; everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles. I stayed in the Frangipani room, which featured a unique outdoor bathroom that added a charming touch to the overall experience. The bar and bartender deserve a special mention—the drinks were excellent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. The food served throughout my stay was also quite good, with a decent variety and great taste.

HHerfarawayI stayed in an 8-bed dorm and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed, pillow, and blanket were good, and I slept well, although the mattress felt a bit like an air mattress. There are lockers available, but you need to bring your own lock. The reception staff were always helpful, whether it was arranging a taxi or answering questions. I also liked the small café at the hotel — it was cute and convenient. Bathrooms and toilets were close by, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The only downside was that another guest turned off the air conditioning during the night, which made the room uncomfortable, but that was more about the guest than the hotel itself. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and I liked staying here.
