During my trip to Japan, one of the most memorable experiences was staying at a capsule hotel in Hiroshima. I'll admit I went in with low expectations — I imagined a tiny box barely big enough to squeeze into. But I was pleasantly surprised: the capsule was actually spacious, with enough room to sit up, stretch out, and relax comfortably. What really stood out, though, was the reception. The staff were incredibly welcoming — friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help from the moment I checked in. It made the whole experience feel personal, not just efficient. Overall, staying in a capsule hotel completely changed the way I think about this kind of accommodation. It's compact, smartly designed, and surprisingly comfortable — definitely something I'd do again.

Good location, very close to the station and the pier, there are staff at check in, the staff is also very friendly and willing to help, the bed in the room is clean, the fork plug is not enough, Pantry is narrow and a bit messy, and the price is low.

I stayed here for three nights. The location is strategic and there are many places to eat nearby. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and explained everything well. Sometimes when I returned, they would ask me how my day was 😆. The female staff member who managed the place was also kind and spoke English fluently. Every night, she would ask me if the temperature was comfortable, if I was cold, etc. She was really nice🥹🥹. There is a special room for women with bunk beds for four people, which uses an automatic lock. There’s a spacious luggage storage area, and free Wi-Fi is available. The bed type is a futon, and you have to set up the sheets yourself. Toothbrushes and towels are provided but are paid extras. Overall, it’s fantastic with an extremely affordable price! Stayed for three nights, sleeping at night is still very quiet, the bedroom is well ventilated, there is no smell, but I feel that there is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom on the 3rd floor. When I enter the third floor, I smell the smell and the smell is heavy. Access is also convenient, 1-200 meters, there are convenience stores and electric railway stations, walk to the original explosion point more than 1 km!

Really liked this hostel. Great location. I stayed in the room with like 50 beds but honestly you wouldn’t have thought it. The beds were so private. So clean. Space for your belongings. Nice and dark curtains. Self service laundry for a small fee. Only downside is how thin the mattresses are.

Great location, but the directions from the station weren't very clear, and it was hard for a newcomer to find since it's on the second floor. The facilities are new and clean, and the bed was spotless and very comfortable. Even though it's a capsule hotel, the space felt cozy and private, allowing me to get a fantastic night's sleep. My only complaint is that the personal locker wasn't big enough for my 26-inch suitcase. (Attaching a photo of the space at check-out)

Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers... The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place. Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes. Great experience overall.

Stayed here with my brother. The check-in was a bit confusing as I didn't receive any instructions before arriving, and at the time of arrivin,g no one was present to explain, though we managed it. The man that was managing the building was kind after we managed to meet him. The location was good enough for us. The rooms close with a gate it feels like a prison, though overall it was a good Ryokan experience.

The staff was very nice and helped me carry my luggage to the third floor, which was a bit shaky. 👍 The suitcases could be spread out, leaving plenty of space. The wind was blowing from the construction site, and the place where my head rested was an unwrapped beam with two wooden planks, which felt unsafe, so I switched sides.

I used it for my child's examination. I used the facilities without any inconvenience. The side of the room was a parking lot, so the luggage was saved. One thing I was worried about was that the hotel was a narrow road, so I was worried about hitting the car.
