AAnonymous UserCheck-in is too troublesome! After arriving at the hotel, I will automatically provide passports and orders to the elderly in the store. Look left and right. Call me to wait for 30 minutes. I didn’t see him. I saw him go to dinner and asked him if he could stay. Is there any problem? He said wait and sit in the lobby and watch A4 paper without talking. I don’t know if he thinks about it. What is it that I don’t check in and finally find his subordinates to agree to stay. It takes 2 hours. It’s really hard. Is it so difficult to stay? The hotel does not have an elevator. It is very inconvenient.

KKaileyd24Very clean and beautiful hotel located atop the mountain. We had a gorgeous view of Kandy! Food was delicious and service was excellent. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is about 10 min from city center not too far. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kandy!

The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the doors. The lobby was elegantly decorated, creating a sense of luxury without being overly ostentatious.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying a high level of professionalism and friendliness. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services, making me feel well-informed and taken care of.

SSneha VaswaniWonderful little cottage experience. They were very hospitable and accommodating to us. Breakfast was spectacular as well with freshly made pancakes, French toast, and fresh fruits and juices. Would recommend!

YYOUJUNAmong the hotels in Nuwara Eliya, it was a relatively affordable and easy to access. The atmosphere was calm and reminiscent of a cottage, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The facilities were clean and well equipped and the owner was very kind. I am very satisfied because Wi-Fi was also connected well.
The only thing that was unfortunate was that the hot water in the shower did not come out 😭
It is necessary to pay attention to the accommodation because only foreigners are staying.

BBINGFENGCtrip wrote 4 stars, in fact, it feels like a little more than the B&B. The room is very big. By the lake, we saw the hare. The dinner at the hotel was not bad and the service was very good. Is the health still needs to be improved, the bed shelf is still a little dusty.
