Everything was just great! I received a response from the staff to any of my requests. The rooms are large, there is a refrigerator and a TV. The room is cleaned every 2 days. Overall, for this money I got more than expected.

I went to LGK to attend my friend's wedding and chill. I thought the place a bit far from Kuah but it's not! Easy to get there and it's self check in! Spacious room for me, good facilities with fridge, tv, water dispenser etc.
Gonna repeat if am here again, thank you for your service 🌟

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is really strategic, which is just besides the underwater world/ aquarium. The hotel signboard bit small hence might need to very careful when searching.
The toilet is under repair. Hence, it is really a bit upset. Maybe it can be locked to avoid people keeping open accidentally or unaware and smell come out.
I like the common area as it provides smoking and non smoking area and it really helped.

I didn't expect much given the price, but it turned out to be an amazing value!
The room was quite clean for this price point, especially the bathroom – it was spotless with no strange odors!
Plus, no mosquitoes or other creepy crawlies.
It had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water, a washing machine, and a swimming pool, making it super convenient for drying clothes.
Location: You can walk to Cenang Beach in just two minutes from the backyard! Very convenient.
The owner even offers tours; you can book island hopping with them, including transfers.
Highly recommended if you're traveling solo! It felt very safe.

One of the best hostels to stay in Langkawi. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. There's a spacious common area that's perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Facilities include a pool table, board games, fridge, microwave, and more-great for both comfort and socializing

The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge, and the room was impeccably clean. The Sussy House is a great choice, and I would definitely choose it again next time.

Place it gd ..but the room ,no tv ,no wordrop..
If U could place small flats screen .tv which mounted..on wall..much more better ....firstly plz, put out hotel name or signage at the main Rd...so is easy for tourist who drive to locate ..our direction straight away ..for check in....

The landlord is very nice. The living environment is comfortable and quiet. It is very close to restaurants, sea view and shopping. I am very satisfied with the health services and it is a pleasure to travel.
(I just put the uneaten pizza in the refrigerator and forgot to pick it up. Please ask the store to deal with it. Thank you)

RRudyBThis place actually is more than just a motel as we know. When we arrived we were surprised to see how big that tiny house inside with a comfy bed, a large table, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a fridge , a sink, an electric kettle, kitchenware: plates , forks, bowls and and plates, a bottle of dish cleaner. We used our kitchen corner mostly for cooking cereals for breakfast. There’s also a kitchen for common use with stoves , pots and pans near the managers office if someone feels like cooking lunch or dinner. The bathroom is small, together with toilet, the shower gel provided by management, no toothpaste or toothbrushes. In the patio one may find two chairs and a table , clothes hangers as well. The motel is located about 1 km from the Main Street Pengtai Cenang and 1.5 km from the beach, but it’s easy to rent a bike for MR 40 a day and the manager will help you to arrange all the formalities. The receptionist is a very kind and friendly person, always ready to help you if needed. In general, the motel is great place for people who came to chilax closer to nature, looking for peace and calm, away from noise and rush. It’s a great experience of accommodation, without luxury and room service, but full of warmth and positive emotions… something unforgettable. Stay cool!!😎

AAndyGeeWhenever I'm passing through Langkawi, up to 4 times a year, the Sweet Inn is my favourite place to spend a few nights. The staff are very friendly & helpful & the property is kept very clean, tidy & well presented. Great spot out of the busy Cenang main Street but close enough to experience all the great food & entertainment in the area as well as a very short stroll to the beach👍

GGuest User1) Located at Kedawang area which is opposite Holiday Villa & next to Aloft, If the Grab driver can't locate the place.
2) The mural on the wall depicts ”Cactus 🌵Inn” If u don't realise where is it after alighting from the Grab. 🤓 Friendly staff.
3) More of a private own premise converted into a comfortable Inn which has a little cafe next to it that serves light menu & plays good old 60s & 70s music that'll reminisce the past. 🎶👍🏻 Of course, the Inn doesn't look like what it has illustrated in the booking platform. More plants & less cleanliness!
4) Room facilities were well equipped wt mineral water, coffee sachet, hairdryer, TV, aircond, fan, shower gel, towels & toilet roll. 🤗
5) A cosy place for the night wt free wifi But Full of insect bugs flying in the bathroom! I killed 10 insect bugs, I guess they flew in from the bathroom window which is situated next to the backyard. Ensure you close your bathroom door to avoid the irritating insect bugs in your room! Otherwise it's a quiet place just for a night. There's another cafe Next to Cactus Inn called ”ARC” that serves Nyonya & Portuguese food! Don't miss the Chicken Pongteh!! 😋👍🏻 Friendly staffs though price can be steep!

IIvan KraljSadly, this looks like a place that desperately needs renovation. It looks quite neglected, from walls screaming for new paint, to torn bedsheets, to broken pipes in the bathroom leaking water.
Also, some things are not as advertised in their profile. There is no 24 hour front desk - in fact, check in is very simple, you come to a desk, and find the key with the sticker with your name on it (it would be nice if they informed guests about this).
Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom (even if room description claims otherwise), nor electric kettle in the room.
There was also no toilet paper, but after i sent them an email about it (remember, no 24 hour front desk), they brought a roll with an apology.
They were nice enough to extend my check out for an hour. But more than just being flexible, i think their business would improve if they invested more into maintenance of the place.

LLost_in_louhiI recently stayed at this motel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and breathtaking sunsets that made each evening truly special. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. On our first day, they kindly drove us into town so we could exchange money, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Additionally, the on-site café served delicious food, making our dining experience delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful place to unwind, with great service and lovely amenities.

GGuest UserThis motel is suitable for those not particularly seeking comfort, perhaps for a 2-3 day stay. They don't clean unless you ask. The upside is that no one bothered us. It meets basic needs — there's a roof over your head, a place to sleep, the AC works, and there's hot water. The location is excellent; everything is within walking distance, and the sea is nearby.

Peace and quite village but near to Chenang so it's recommended places to choose. I have good experience here. Really like it!
