Residence Italia

This residence is in fact a Pierre et Vacances partner aparthotel, and not a Pierre et Vacances residence. Located in a charming area, near the road, we were greeted quickly, no presentation of the infrastructure unlike others who benefit from it, bar closed for a week, cold swimming pool. Apartment with poor quality furniture, uncomfortable spring bedding, 2 gas out of 4 defective, almost nothing for cooking.....not even a frying pan or a saucepan, no microwave, an oven but no dish to put in it. Fortunately, it is clean and well placed for visiting 5 Terres, Lerici etc... Beaches close but almost all pay. After 6 days, the temperature rises.....we want to use the air conditioning.........defective.........there, the reception is responsive and offers us to change accommodation. Head for a larger and therefore more expensive apartment......and there, microwave, kettle etc......what a surprise!! However, the description of the apartments does not mention a difference in equipment depending on the number of people!!!! Basically, we realize that we were put in a more than average apartment even though we were staying 9 nights and that other, much better stocked and pleasant apartments were available. Luckily we had a view of the swimming pool! In addition, no soundproofing. We do not recommend this residence and suggest that Pierre et Vacances review their associations a little more seriously.

I used smartBox with my partner and my 2 girls. Period from 30.12 to 1.01. Strengths: strategic position near the sea and a short distance from beautiful places to visit. Friendly staff. We stayed in the winter, but the resident has a large swimming pool and outdoor area which would probably be pleasant to enjoy in the summer. Perhaps precisely because out of season the structure was not ready to welcome customers, but our Apartment was not very clean and we found a lot of ants in the bathroom. Coffee machine not working. Cleaning in a structure is the most important thing and unfortunately I have not found any here, so I suggest you review this aspect.

I phoned to book an apartment for 2 nights in February and there was availability and I sent the booking form. After a few hours I receive an e-mail that there is no more room .... I phone to ask for information and the reception lady rudely closes the phone call twice. My husband phoned and he too was closed. But where is the seriousness? They advertise 65 apartments and in February there is no place ??? Unreliable. Never again.

Residence ideally placed when you want to visit the 5 lands or Pisa. pleasant staff but do not speak French, you have to manage in English. aging residence which would need a bit of renovation and modernity in the kitchen equipment: microwave, dishwasher. we appreciated the Italian coffee maker large comfortable bed, trundle bed in the dining room a little less. we had the apartment with probably the largest terrace near the sea but the beach is difficult to access because it is private or in limited capacity because of the covid,

The staff of the Residence Italia stands out for its courtesy, professionalism and attention to the customer. The structure is well organized, clean, functional with a beautiful swimming pool and a lovely green space. Ideal for those who bring pets, welcome by the structure. An excellent relationship between quality and price completes the offer of the structure.

2 aspects de la résidence : - intérieur : logement très bien spacieux et propres. Point négatif : insonorisation - extérieur : parking privatif apprécié Points négatifs : piscine à rénover avec un liner qui se décolle, peinture qui s’écaille. Espaces extérieurs spacieux agréables avec 2 grandes piscines qui mériteraient un peu de modernisation, parasols vieillissant, accessibilité piscine pour jeunes enfants peu pratique. Réveillé tôt le matin vers 8h30 par souffleur pour nettoyer les extérieurs et accueil de jeunes enfants (Centre de loisirs ?)

Pour commencer dès notre arrivée nous avons été choqués de la différence entre les photos et la réalité. La facade était très abimée avec des fissures apparentes ce qui n'était pas visible sur internet. Ensuite en ce qui concerne la piscine ce n'est pas mieux. Le revêtement de la piscine est décolé et nous donne l'impression que la piscine va s'écrouler. Pour la salle de sport ce n'est pas mieux entre les machines et les altères rouillées ce ne nous rassure pas. Si cet hotel était en France on aurait pu appeler Philippe Etchebest pour cauchemar à l'hotel. De plus les arrivées à 8h30 des personnes extérieurs de l'hotel pour la piscine et on même l'impression qu'ils sont privilégiées Seul avantage l'emplacement bien situé de l'hotel.
