Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel

Animal Kingdom was a lot of fun, and my child had a blast! The fact that hotel guests get unlimited access is great – we didn't finish exploring on the first day, so we could go back and play again the next. The hotel's decor is also nice, with a consistent children's theme. However, the hotel uses central air conditioning, and the room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. We couldn't turn on the cooling; only natural air was available. It was so dry and hot, and we had no choice but to open the two small windows at the top. This meant we couldn't close the curtains either, and we barely slept all night. To top it off, the staff at check-in were unhelpful and didn't even respond to our questions, which was really frustrating.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and the parking and charging facilities are also very convenient. Every staff member was attentive and responsible. They even gave a gift to my child upon check-in.

The Eskimo-themed room was a hit with the kids! It's clear a lot of thought went into making it a great family-friendly space. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and always ready to answer any questions. There were so many activities available, but since we only stayed one night, we couldn't try them all. We'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommended.

I checked into your hotel on January 11th, really looking forward to a warm and fun interaction with the hotel's mascot IP. However, the actual experience was a huge disappointment – 'Pi Pi' was cold and dismissive, and what was even more puzzling was that it only interacted with children, completely ignoring me, an 'adult friend.' This clear preferential treatment not only significantly diminished my interaction experience but also left me feeling quite let down, and at one point, I even questioned the quality of your hotel's service. Fortunately, when I stayed at your hotel again on January 24th, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interaction experience had improved somewhat. This time, both 'Dou Ding' and 'Pi Pi' showed tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. During the interaction, they not only initiated contact with me but also patiently chatted and took photos with me. Afterwards, they thoughtfully presented me with their autographs. The moment I received the autographs, I truly felt respected and valued. This wonderful experience was like a ray of warm sunshine in winter, dispelling my previous disappointment and making my stay exceptionally fulfilling. I hope they can maintain this enthusiasm every day; I believe it will help establish an excellent brand image for the hotel.

The room was lovely, and we even got upgraded to an Eskimo-themed room. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top 100 family-friendly hotels; the environment is excellent. From the moment we walked in, staff greeted our child warmly, which was very welcoming. The room itself was great, and the bathroom amenities were perfectly suited for kids, showing incredible thoughtfulness. Because our child is young, I called the front desk for a bed rail. It was delivered and installed, and the attendant even thoughtfully used a floor mat and towel to cover any gaps, saying she was worried our child might get caught. The hotel's zoo package allows unlimited entry over two days, which was super convenient for us with a child, and there's even a small train shuttle. Nice! The only downside was not being able to see the hotel's giraffes in winter, which was a bit of a shame, haha.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and it is completely suitable for traveling with children. There are children's toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, the wash basin is equipped with children's stairs, and the toilet also has children's cushions. The bedding is also equipped with single-sided protection. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel environment is comfortable and includes various children's play facilities. Service: Every employee has a smile on their face, and the problems raised can be solved in time.
