The room was just okay. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, but if you prefer quiet, beware—the disco music blared until 11 PM. The kids had a blast, though. There were over 10 restaurants, but most served 'white people food' which wasn't very good. The seafood restaurant cost extra. If you're here to play, don't be picky about the food and lodging. The water games are open from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 2 PM to 5 PM. After 7 PM, land-based mini-games and the VR arcade open up. There are also parties, so you definitely won't get bored. The lobby building offers free ice cream and afternoon tea. Lots of Russians, very few Chinese.

The next day, we found the hairdryer was broken. When we called the front desk to report it, instead of offering a solution, they asked which country we were from. We waited an hour, and no one came to fix the hairdryer! When housekeeping cleaned our room, they just tossed our pajamas, which were on the bed, onto the table. This hotel offers great value for money. The room came with a large bed and a bunk bed. Right outside our door was the swimming pool, and the hotel has all sorts of water activities, a playground, and even arcade games in the evening. Everything was included in the room rate, except for a seafood restaurant which was extra. We had planned to go island hopping and dolphin watching, but it all got cancelled, so we just spent two full days enjoying the hotel.

If we could give this hotel 100 out of 5, the score wouldnt be high enough. Easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Super professional staff, amazing water park facilities, delicious food and clean well designed living spaces. The administration allowed us to stay and enjoy the park, free food etc for hours until our late flight - free of charge with a smile on their face. This hotel understands what hospitality means. You will love it here definitely visit Neverland!
