The black female staff member at the front desk was ****** towards Chinese people! ******! ******! ******! Her attitude became significantly worse, especially after seeing my non-Australian ID. She even deliberately gave me a faulty key card! When it didn't work, I went back down to the front desk, but she completely ignored me. I had to go up and down multiple times and insist she come to my room before she reluctantly offered any help. The hotel is half an hour by taxi from the international airport – it's absolutely *not* 'near the airport'! It's only close to the domestic airport, not the international one. The room was extremely small, with no hairdryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste. Honestly, I'd rather have paid a bit more and just slept in an airport lounge! The room was so terrible I even forgot to take pictures! It was truly a low point of my entire trip. This isn't the first time this staff member has displayed such a terrible attitude; you can easily find numerous similar complaints in other reviews! Her attitude is absolutely appalling! She's an embarrassment to Australia!
