Such a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.  Thank you

The breakfast was simple but hearty, and the service was attentive. The Greek bathhouse only had a half door, so showering easily caused splashes, a common problem. The hotel's advantages included convenient car rentals, luggage storage, and inquiries. The decor was also charming. The prices were reasonable during peak season, highly recommended!

Beautiful , historical hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast which we enjoyed sat outside in the beautiful garden. Room was also beautiful , cleaned to high standard . 15 minutes walk via scenic coastal route to nearest beach and restaurants. Close to venetian harbour and old town chania

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Halepa Hotel. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant neoclassical style, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere inside feels warm, welcoming, and truly relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional—always ready to assist with a smile. From the reception team to the breakfast service, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Chania. The location is ideal: the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old Town and the main attractions. Having secure parking was a big plus, especially since I rented a car directly through the hotel. The car rental service was excellent—fast, easy, and stress-free. The vehicle was in perfect condition, fully insured, and came with unlimited mileage and 24-hour roadside assistance. Everything was clearly explained, with no hidden costs, which gave me real peace of mind. Having the car allowed me to explore the stunning beaches and villages of Crete at my own pace. Overall, Halepa Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of a charming hotel, outstanding staff, and hassle-free car rental makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Chania.
