"Honestly, I had a really pleasant stay. I stayed for three consecutive nights. Housekeeping cleaned the room after the first night, but not after the second – it seems you might need to request it. The room featured a large floor-to-ceiling window and a minimalist, spacious layout, offering sunset views. Overall, it was great, but there was no bathtub! It's a bit far from the subway station, about a 15-20 minute walk. Also, it was a minor inconvenience to have to walk out a bit to hail a taxi. Out of ten, I'd give it an 8.8. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is quite nice, but I just want to remind other travelers — the taxis in front of the hotel tend to overcharge. That’s not a good experience.
Since I couldn’t use Uber or Kakao Taxi in Busan (the card I registered didn’t work, and cash payment wasn’t accepted either), I asked the front desk if they could help me book a taxi. They told me I could simply take one from in front of the hotel.
When I checked out and got into the taxi, I saw on Kakao Taxi that the normal fare should be around 17,000 won. However, the driver refused to use the meter. About five minutes into the ride, he told me the fare would be 30,000 won.
I felt really uncomfortable, but since I was traveling alone and all my belongings were in the car, I decided not to argue further for safety reasons. In the end, I had no choice but to accept it.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I hope other guests won’t have to experience the same situation on their last day."

"I couldn't believe this was in Korea; I genuinely thought I was in Japan!
Facilities: A distinctly Japanese-style hotel, even equipped with a smart bidet toilet.
Cleanliness: Impeccably clean, truly excellent.
Environment: While the space was a bit compact, there were no strange odors, and the area felt very safe.
Service: A complimentary breakfast is offered, although it consists of cold items.
From downstairs, you get a direct view of trains arriving at and departing from Busan Station."

"As good as always, this time Toyoko in front of famous Haeunde beach. All standard good Toyoko stuff plus beach rest! You can even get the ocean view from the room. This is the first Toyoko where I met plenty of foreigners - to count this as good or maybe not - is up to you (-:"

"This hotel is located in the best beach spot and offers a beautiful infinity pool. There’s also a 7/11 nearby with great coffee and a McDonald’s that stays open 24/7 for late-night dinners. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with excellent soap and a cleaning service that changes the sponges and towels daily. I had a great time there. The only downside is that the pool closes at 9 pm, which isn’t ideal for those who want to stay up late."

"The location was good, have a good pork soup rice (Gukbap) restaurants nearby, the location is quite accessible for the train as a transportation.
We used uber quite a lot and the location was quite easy to spot.
The room is quite spacious. As we always outside, we didnt try the facilities, but we went to the dining area. It is quite spacious."

"The location of the property is good, and room is functional enough though a bit small.
Bearing the Shilla brand I would expect the property to provide more/better amenties and better maintained. The property condition is not great. Breakfast is so so and I should have booked the room without breakfast as there are plenty of eatery around.
Overall I wouldn‘t stay here again. Doesn’t worth the price and definitely nothing closes to a “real” Shilla."

"I loved their breakfast; it was incredibly extensive and neatly organized. A quick tip: the hotel shares a lobby with another property, so make sure you head to the correct front desk when you check in. While there aren't many hotels directly near Pusan National University, this area has a good concentration of business hotels offering excellent service. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel itself is lovely, but the central air conditioning is a major issue. I wouldn't recommend staying here in summer; it gets so hot that I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Even asking the staff to turn down the AC didn't help. Most guests had their doors open for ventilation, which just goes to show how incredibly hot it was.
The hotel is about an hour's drive from the city center, regardless of your destination, so I wouldn't recommend it for travelers on a tight schedule.
However, it's far from the bustling city center, and the prices at the nearby street stalls are unbelievably cheap – roughly half of what you'd pay downtown. Therefore, I highly recommend it for travelers who prefer a slower pace."

GGuest UserA great hotel with spacious and stylishly decorated rooms. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided in the room.
Its location is excellent, within walking distance to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore various attractions.
The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with calling a taxi.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast. It was delivered to the room door in a basket, which looked elegant, but the variety was quite limited and not as filling as a buffet breakfast.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

TTinklebelleBrown Suites is extremely new, 3 bedrooms with lovely living and dining room. Furniture and amenities are excellent, with washer and dryer, as well as 2 bathrooms with a bathtub in one. The view of the ocean and harbour is superb. It is directly linked via a bridge to Busan Station for KTX and also to Busan Port for cruises out to Japan.

GGuest UserIt was fine, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Easy walking distance from Busan Station and bus stops/metro, with lots of coffee shops around.
However there are some negatives. A staff member verbally disclosed my (solo female) room number in front of another guest while checking in, which is not a safe practice. Storage space in the room is very limited - there are no drawers or cupboards at all, and no luggage rack so you can unpack your suitcase on either the floor (very little space) or the bed (unhygienic). The aircon turns off when the keycard isn’t inserted so the room is hot when you return from being out (and housekeeping will remove the card if you leave it in.)

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

I had bought a Korean eSIM card without a phone number, so it was a problem.
I think next time I'll get an eSIM card with a phone number for times like this.
I asked a Korean friend to call me, and the front desk staff came right away and I was able to check in without any problems.
The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.
The room was unique and I enjoyed staying there.
There was no smell, the bed was clean, and the shower and toilet were clean and easy to use.
I was also happy that there was free water in the refrigerator in the room.
There are restaurants around so you can drink until late, and there is a convenience store nearby, so it is convenient, but it smells really bad of sewage and garbage.
I'm sorry, but I feel sick if I don't walk while holding my mouth and nose.
I was relieved that the hotel didn't smell.
The price is cheap and the hotel itself is clean, so I would like to use it again.

AAnonymous Userbriefly: you won't be checked in until 3 p.m.!!!!! There is Wi-Fi in the room. However, it is turned off at exactly 11 a.m. on the day of your check-out. Breakfast is available from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. You can leave your belongings for free in one of the rooms, which is monitored and has curtains. The room was not comfortable, the lighting was cold, and the bedding was old and synthetic. The shower was warm, and there were bathroom amenities.
