Gran decepción .el día de la celebración del de nuestros hijos .con la reserva realizada hace dos meses .el día del bautizo a las 10 de la mañana se está en el reservado del hotel decorando para la comida .cuando llegamos a la hora de comer nos encontramos con el reservado ocupado con otros comensales . dejándonos sin reservado .habiendo sacado la decoración a una mesa en el comedor principal.despues de insistir las explicaciones dadas no nos han convencido .cuando es un error por lo menos se da la cara se llama y se informa de lo q ha pasado .no se espera .a q llegues al l restaurante .cuando uno se percata del error intenta corregirlo .lo más lógico hubiera sido explicarles la situación a los comensales y subsanar dicho error .para estos casos se realiza una reserva .con los datos de la personas q reservan

Magnífica ubicación, sobre la playa urbana. Instalaciones modernas y funcionales, sin elementos recargados. El personal, muy amable. El desayuno sencillo, pero completo y, cosa infrecuente incluso en hoteles de superior categoría, el zumo de naranja es natural, recién hecho. Y, a los pies del hotel, un precioso paseo marítimo.

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour en Galice. Belles chambres modernes et confortables avec vue mer, le personnel est très agréable et le petit mot de bienvenue écrit à la main dans la chambre est adorable.

Tomamos como base Burela para visitar Viveiro, Ribadeo con sus playas de las catedrales alrededores y Lugo Capital. El Hotel 3* superior Habitaciones con vistas al Mar contratala muy amplia y acondicionada y muy limpia y todo nuevo.Hasta con nevera y escritorio. Desayuno buffete muy bueno. Parking enfrente Gratis. Tiene un restaurante y otro detras con terraza y vistas al Mar. (Comer-cenar y tapear). Muy buena comida.Servicio rapido.
