Annex room well appointed, but a couple of tiny issues. Great shower, but nowhere to ,place toiletries. Those supplied were probably good quality, but we prefer to use our own, and nowhere to put them but on the floor. Lots of lighting points, but still areas which remained somewhat dark. A great " desk " area, but no lighting at all there, and no power point - difficult for those who need to work. Otherwise good. Very quiet, comfortable beds and bedding. Liked the fact there was an opening window to the outside, useful to cool the room down. Very good breakfast, and excellent personnel throughout. All in all, good stay.

It was an amazing experience . Hotel location and the great aroma that you will smell once you entered hotel and your room truly amazing. I am really impressed by the aroma and looking to have it at my home including the one related to gel cleansing and shower gel
Hotel location is almost in the middle of the hot shopping area which will save you a lot of money for transportation.
The only concern is related to breakfast price which is consider too high for a family that looking for a family gathering breakfast.

The hotel room itself is great. Some members of the staff were not friendly at all. The hotel has insufficient/wrong info on their advertisement. They haven’t included that you pay €10 per day for parking. And I was told they do not accept any size dog. I arrived with my two small dogs and they said they charge €15 per pet, whereas their advertisement says €15 per accommodation. I was helped by a very sweet young lady to resolve the issue. Not all of the staff were as helpful or polite sadly enough.

It's a nice hotel for a business trip. Large rooms, good breakfast and on a rooftop. Aalst is not the most interesting town, but everything about the hotel works. Check-in was quick, and the reception got a taxi quickly when I asked for it.

With a group on business meeting in October. The hotel is centrally located and within minutes of trains. Breakfast was good with an ample selection of food stuff on offer. Room comfortable with excellent shower experience don’t be shy in asking for additional coffees. The hotel in its self is somewhat if not overly clinical. Front of reception bar is basic service was ok. As for seating in this area you won’t be holding your bum in one spot, seating is like a brick. Maybe that’s by design and intention 😂 Otherwise ok 👍

Absolute gem of a hotel! Easy on site parking, a very warm welcome, comfortable modern rooms with a/c, good shower, spotlessly clean and in a quiet area. I didn't have breakfast as I had to leave very early but I'm sure it would have been excellent! Literally can't fault the place!
