Good concept, beautiful design, delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the room's ventilation was so incredibly loud that sleep was impossible. To make matters worse, the provided communication channels weren't effective in finding a solution or remedy. Even the hotel's chatbot recognized the problem (apparently trained on this—known?—issue) and addressed it ("please report to reception"). The end result was an expensive overnight stay without any sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for sleeping.

There was no service at all. The QR code scanning and registration took a long time when checking in. The front desk didn't return my passport to me. I found it missing two days later and asked the front desk before I got it back. There were no phone or email notifications during this period, and it wasn't delivered to the room. These information were provided at check-in! ! ! The pillows were also uncomfortable

Great hotel, but please book directly via the homepage. On Trip.com you have to pay significantly more because you have to pay extra at the hotel.
