Excellent indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained. pool staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms and structure: unquestionable cleanliness.. large rooms. Not the most modern furnishings.
Nice parking lot even if not the most spacious.
Efficient and helpful concierge services.
Restaurant: only had lunch once. view good variety at the buffet. Helpful staff. An ironic comment was noted, absolutely out of place, especially in a 5 star hotel.

The staff are the main asset of the hotel - attentive , helpful and pleasant. The new chef produced some memorable meals but I would have liked more simple dishes, e.g. grilled fish.

I was at this hotel two years ago for two days and was looking forward to being there again for a longer stay. Being a lover of good food, I very much like their dinner as it offers 3~4 choices for every course , in addition to the huge variety of buffet of appetizers and deserts. The ravioli, fish dishes, sorbet, ice cream....The staff is very pleasant and kind, immediately responding to your needs. While there are a lot of attractive looking hotels in Abano and wanting to explore more, I can understand when some guests told me that they have been at the President Hotel every year for the last 10～15years and nowhere else. This is the Italy I like, with a polite, courteous and excellent service (reception, bar, waitresses, they were all really polite and kind)room could benefit from a refurbished bathroom (a nice, proper shower instead of the bathtub/shower) but overall it was a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, one night we had dinner which was nice enough. They had live music every night we were there. The SPA area is lovely and very relaxing. The massages I had with Elisa were really good. They are pet friendly and have a resident cat (Titti) who likes a fuss and gets proper treatment, which was nice to see. I would be happy to go back again!

As gorgeous as this hotel has been once upon a time it lost its luster. Great lobby and very pleasant hospitality team, but it lacks modern amenities. We had a great room, two bathrooms and a separate living room. It had plenty of closet space but the drawers did not work properly, because the chest of drawers was over fourth years old. Although both bathrooms are done in beautiful marble it is impossible to take a relaxing shower- the water turns from cold to scalding on its own. The quality of the soaps and body wash is inferior, it was very difficult to wash off the oil after the massage. The shower had is positioned in a way that it splashes all over, one must be careful not to slip. The marble could use some polish, there were numerous spots on the floor. I had a massage and was surprised that my masseuse did not ask me a single question, she slavered me with oil and used warm stones. No was I offered a glass of water or shown to the relaxation room. I just went straight to my room upstairs. The desk in the room is against the wall with no outlets, which makes it hard to use a computer. Breakfast is very basic, not really a five star quality. Very disappointed

All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! Therapies and massage excellent
