Room outdated, carpet coming up in bedroom, room did not feel clean, check-in lady nice but did not inform there would not be any cleaning / or restocking of towels in room over the two days we stayed. Check out lady was a bit rude. Breakfast was fair, typical hotel breakfast. Beautiful view outside the window.

Convenient to I-95. Disappointed in breakfast choices and freshness of items.

Check in was okay. Breakfast was okay. Customer sercice was good upon arrival. The room was musty, no shampoo or conditioner bottles. It looks as if it were ripped from the wall. I wasn’t given a folio, (by choice) but when I called just to get final amount, the “front desk supervisor” was extremely rude & rushed and cut me off talking to ask for my name. Didn’t get to even finish the question. I asked if she can read me the total and her response “well you didn’t get it emailed to you?” was very sarcastic. When asked for a manager, “I’m the front desk supervisor, What do you need” was the response given.

By normal Residence Inn standards, this hotel is a bit tired and shows it’s wear and tear. But it serves its purpose as a place to stay during the youth baseball tournament. The staff tries hard, and it’s pretty clear they only have so much to work with and have a lot of challenging guests related to tournaments. Judge it by the standard of being basically an extension of the baseball facility, not really a Residence Inn like you’d find in some place you’re visiting.

Great location. Near Havre De Grace, Susquehanna State Park, Conowingo Dam and other spots along the shore. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Pretty cool to watch kids play on the ball fields. Employees are very, very nice and very helpful. Quiet. The only thing that was missing were enough dishes and silverware in the room. If you’re planning on cooking anything see what’s missing when you check in and ask for what you need.

My stay here was mixed. great location, right near a stadium, felt safe and I was there with my senior dog off season so both hotels were very quiet. This is a Marriott Courtyard attached to a Marriott Residence. they give you a special door key that lets you in on both sides, the parking lot is on the COURTYARD side and it was raining - so I appreciated that key very much. Firstly, I met the housekeeping staff and they were lovely but unfortunately I do feel the standards have to be raised. I always bring Lysol wipes with me because I travel a lot and I’ve had some very unpleasant surprises upon check in, so now with covid it’s just a must. I was doing my wipe down of the surfaces and discovered what looked like instant potato flakes coming off the front edge of the dining table in the kitchen of my suite. The top was more or less clean but there was dried something (hopefully food) on the chairs as well. There was also poop in the toilet when I opened the lid, which shocked me. That’s actually not a first for me, but I think it’s only happened one other time. not a great first impression. However other than that the suite appeared to be clean, kitchen was well stocked. something was wrong with the HVAC unit and it was very noisy and this is where the story shifts. A lovely kind woman named Christy came in from engineering and fixed it immediately! Then in the morning Miss Evelyn was a ray of sunshine that made me feel great abt the hotel by the time I left. So overall ok!

Awful. Room was dirty and had an odor, kitchen counter and cabinets were sticky, found hair in the bathrooms, the carpets were stained, dining chairs had rips in them. The carpet was so gross that none of us took our shoes off until we went to bed. We arrived later in the evening with two children and an infant after driving 8 hours. Thanks goodness I brought Lysol wipes so we could wipe the surfaces down. It was too late in the evening to complain or gather everyone up to change rooms. It was Xmas week and the hotel was pretty booked. I wrote to the hotel and they responded rudely. They gave me $100 refund for a room I paid almost $400 for. I’m very disappointed in the Marriott name. Pick another hotel to stay at. This one has rude staff and horrible housekeeping.
