Hotel Restaurant du 3ème Pont

Though it’s very affordable ,here are the cons,not an English speaking hotel,Called them to give direction to the driver, they snob and left me stranded. First of, it’s very difficult finding the hotel, second, the community didn’t look safe to me, ended up booking a different hotel and they refused to refund.

I was fortunate to be here for two nights, yet the payment goes for 3. I left because I found a ticket early than my departed time! Good management and poor Wi-Fi service, overall I have have a very blessed time of my stay!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Internet is only available in the rooms next to reception. If staying for more than one day, they clean only the day you enter and the day you leave. Speak only French.

The hotel is located quite centrally, on a safe, albeit a bit noisy street. The restaurant upstairs is comfortable. The staff were friendly but weren’t able to help us out with our issues. The light in our bathroom didn’t work at all and when we pointed this out to them they offered us a different room which we declined because it didn’t have windows. They said they would try to fix it but they never did so we ended up using our phones flashlights. They also said they couldn’t give us any reduction on the price because of this. Lastly, I accidentally paid them by cash when we arrived before realizing I had also paid via *******. When I told them and showed them the ******* receipts they called the owner and she denied having received any payment through ******* so she wouldn’t return our money. Hopefully we’ll be able to sort this out with ******* because the place definitely wasn’t worth paying double for.
