Room was nice as usual. Food service ,terrible. Was shown to table, waited 30 minutes and still no service so I called over a waitress. If I did not call her over I don't know how much longer we would have waited. No excuse about being busy as it was half empty. I ordered our drinks and food, when the drinks arrived my wife wine glass looked like it had not been washed up for a week so I had to call over the waitress again! Starters came out rock hard! Mains come out while empty plates and glasses still on the table so did not have much room to put them. Overall not impressed, we always stay at a Premier Inn and this was the worst one yet. If I would have known it was going to be like this I would have booked the Hilton. Also had to pay for overnight parking!

Lovely newly refurbished hotel , very friendly staff especially pammy who had wonderful customer service skills. room didn't have air-con as expected but there wasn't a fan in the room. the new rooms feel nice but feel very empty . would stay again as convenient.

The bedside lights need moving so at least you can reach them from the bed.!! And I wish there was some sort of tea towel to allow drying of the mugs, which are horrible, glass mugs that are heavy and not easy if you have arthritis or any sort of problem with your hands

Stayed here a couple of times recently and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are the new style evolution rooms so modern, clean and tidy. Large car park with plenty of room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent Beefeater restaurant next door.

Apart from the rooms being clean and modern this place is a bit like staying at a two star motel with mediocre service and cramped awkward corridors. The attached Beefeater doesn't automatically reserve tables for guests that have booked a breakfast and the evening meals are mediocre. At weekends gets crowded with local non guests. Terrible toilets.

The hotel was quiet and very restful considering it was so near main roads. The staff are really helpful and polite. The beefeater staff next door were lovely and friendly too. Great stop for Didcot railway and Blenheim Palace was not too far away. the weather was glorious so sitting at the tables outside the inn was great with an ice cold drink.

We stayed for a coule of night while waiting to get our home ready. The room size is good. The Bathroom seems not to have ventilation fan so if you shower the humidity will fill the room. the weather was a bit warm and the room didn't have a cold aircon, only heating. We think the rooms are designed more for cold winter rather than summer accomodation. Wi-fi was not stable. As the night price was fairly low, it was comparable to the quality of amenities of the room.

Beds very comfy but not great for short fat people with a bad back, like me! It was like trying to mount a horse getting into it! No cold water from taps. Warm or hot was the only option which wasn't great when I needed a glass during the night. It was a warm weekend, too, which didn't help.
