Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel. Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully. We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again.

I requested a late check-out for my late flight the next day. They happily accommodated my request, which was a great help. I hadn't eaten Japanese food in a long time, so I went to the sushi restaurant they recommended, and it was delicious – I polished it all off! 😍

Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations.

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

Great location. Vey accessible via Public transport with nearby bus stop. Deluxe Rooms relatively small but good enough for a family of 3 (2 adults & 1 child). Fast check in & out. Offered early check in. Overall cleanlines is 8/10..pool and spa is an added attraction. Worth the price.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and check-in was quick. The location is convenient, quiet, and well soundproofed, offering great value for money. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose to stay here again. This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with no strange odors or clutter. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, and the facilities were complete and functional. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Location is generally good. It was pretty quiet. The room and bathroom are rather small. Central a/c. It was very, very cold at night, even with a/c turned off. A good choice for undemanding traveler. Kettle, two tea bags and instant coffee, two bottles of water.
