The room was clean, and it was nice to be able to open the windows. Directly opposite the hotel is a fantastic supermarket that makes fresh pizzas and burgers, offering a great alternative to hotel breakfast. It's also very close to the airport, less than a 20-minute drive away.

Our corner room had a very unpleasant odor. There was a strong musty and damp smell, plus a distinct urine smell coming from the bathroom. We hope the hotel can really step up its cleaning efforts. On the bright side, the breakfast was delicious, and both the ambiance and service were excellent.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility by the hotel. I made a non-refundable booking, which I understand the terms and conditions for. However, I was ill and couldn't travel to check-in. I provided all the medical proof yet they rejected any sort of refund. Not rven partial, not even change of date. I informed them 2 days before checking in yet still I just dumped money down the drain for being sick. Just disappointed

My first time at a Rotana hotel and it exceeded expectations. The room layout, bathroom, and facilities were high-quality and reminded me of elegant Japanese and Chinese business hotels. The location is perfect for events at the adjacent exhibition center, with nearby supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Easy access to the highway—most major markets are within 25 minutes. Fair price, but breakfast was below expectations.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and great lighting. Location is excellent — right in the Capital Centre area. Tried the restaurant — food was good, though a bit pricey. Pool and sauna were well-maintained, perfect for a short relaxing stay. Only small issue was the check-in delay during a busy hour. ✅ Would definitely stay again for short business or solo trips.

The hotel is a bit worn out, but the service was acceptable. Upon check-in, the hallway was being painted, and there was a strong smell of paint.

Quite far from the centre of town, hotel does the job. Very convenient to have a sauna/steam room on the top floor. Room was very comfortable. Grandiose supermarket across the street is very convenient.
