The staff were very polite; they upgraded our room for free from 37 sqm to a 60 sqm studio.

The room was great, quite spacious. I stayed in an apartment-style unit, which had a washing machine with a drying function and a full set of pots and dishes. However, there were no chopsticks and no laundry detergent provided. It's very close to Wenchao supermarket, within walking distance, so it was convenient for buying groceries or grabbing snacks. Luckily, I even received complimentary dessert and drinks on my check-in day, as I was apparently chosen as a 'lucky guest'. It's a shame that when I wanted to extend my stay, the room was already booked. I'd probably stay here again next time I visit.

It has a kitchen with all the pots and pans you need for cooking. You can buy ingredients at the nearby Asian supermarket, which is perfect for Chinese travelers. 😎

The hotel sales staff and the front desk on the morning of check-in had such terrible service that I wondered if they were looking for other jobs and preparing to jump ship, which is why their attitude was so bad. This is my first time booking an international hotel on Ctrip, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor service. I just want to say, Abu Dhabi doesn't have many tourists you can afford to offend right now. I still give 5 stars for cleanliness because the housekeeping team really does a thorough job. And the front desk staff during the actual check-in later even upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment, which was quite good. But, as I said, the front desk staff who answered the phone that morning when I called to ask about early check-in, and the hotel sales staff... Their service was so bad, and yet they still have jobs? Interesting. This place is really 'interesting'.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the service was quite good. Breakfast is okay if you avoid peak hours, but overall the quality is pretty average. Value for money is decent.
