The location is good, near the Corniche area.
There are quite a few bars inside the hotel. Breakfast is basic. But overall value for money.
Only problem I had is the A/C makes noises at the whole night. Need fix it.

Nice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)

It’s very basic but you are paying basic prices.
They have a lot of clubs here which was off putting but staff are very helpful and friendly.
Pictures are deceiving, so we got upgraded to a suite but it didn’t have a microwave which was a shame.

Large rooms and ideal for large groups or families on vacations.
brekfast provided is not up to the mark compared to location and room aminities.

I’m experienced traveler, this was by far the worst hotel i ever stayed.
After check-in, they refused to give me a key card and told me to “just close the door.”
Staff were rude and completely unhelpful.
My room wasn’t even ready at 3 p.m. (check-in was at 2), I had to wait about 15 min, I guess that’s when they “cleaned” it. The room looked old, dirty, and unkempt - black hair in the bathroom, dusty floors, only one towel.
Plus, there are several nightclubs in the same building, which they never mention.
Totally unsafe and dishonest place.
Don’t book it, seriously.
