Very good hotel! Room: spacious, comfortable bed, clean linen. Yes, the equipment is not new, but everything is working, there is a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, kettle. There is a supermarket nearby with a very large selection, you can buy groceries and cook. There is an excellent beach not far from the hotel, a wide coastline, clean water, few people. You can get anywhere from the hotel by bus. The hotel has a gym, we visited it in the evenings. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, then headed to Dubai. I really regretted that we had planned more days in Dubai, it would have been better in this place, and a couple of days in Dubai.

During my recent hotel stay, I entrusted my vehicle to the valet service. Upon return, I found a parking fine issued to my car. Mr. Gomez falsely claimed I parked on the road. I have proof the fine occurred while in valet care. Note valet asked to park in road for them to pick up. This deceit reflects poorly on hotel professionalism. I urge management to prioritize transparency and accountability. Guests deserve honesty and respect. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to recommend this hotel. Mr. Gomez, Being deceitful may seem like a quick fix, but it won't pay off in the long run. Trust is crucial in hospitality. Honesty is worth sticking to—it's a solid foundation for success. Just something to think about as you navigate your career

Never again. You can die here and staff will not care. My kid was unwell and we were out of drinking water (wich were included in the room based on the booking). The multiple request of reception to assist with drinking water for any price was never fulfilled. Cleaning and rest of service were the same, no socket adapters and many of item mentioned as included in booking.

This place is simply a scam. Do no trust, as unfortunately we did, the pictures they use to advertise the location as they are way far from the reality. I could point out a long list of concerns but I will just mention an example to give you all an idea. Morning at breakfast. I ask some plain yogurt (in the photos of the hotel it shows as offered), one lady replies "this comes as separately charged". You want more? Ok. At the reception we ask for a little packed breakfast as departure was too early to "enjoy" their morning service offered by their 24/7 operating business partner at the ground level. Again denied showing zero care for the customer. Bottom line, better sleeping on the beach than going there, guaranteed. See you never again.

Dogsh!t. Everything is chargable, breakfasts are very basic and poorly made food. Toaster doesent work. They dont give you beach/pool/spa towels, and they make you think spending a lot of money(because this place is very expensive) is good cause you get a big room; but guess what, room quality sucks and bathrooms are dirty, very damaged. Overall, they could do much better for the price and I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Very good hotel ... The location is very good and very close to the sea side and very close to the world trade center and LULU hypermarket and many restaurants and the staff is very helpful especialy morocan lady at the reception and all the team were great and the suite size is very big .. sure i will go back again
