The only good thing about this hotel from an international chain is the location (for what was my goal, Coldplay recital at the River stadium), and the breakfast. The rest, and especially thinking about 4 stars and the cost of a room per night, leaves a lot to be desired!!!!!!!!!!!! The attention of the staff in general, no one who served me is spared, all with very little kindness, cordiality, desire to serve and do their job, do not forget that they are in customer service and even if they do not like it as they demonstrate , they have the need to interact with them and they do it in a very bad way, with very bad faces, bad answers, almost unpleasant, some did not return my greeting, others eating during work hours, etc, etc. You can't treat customers that way. The general facilities of the hotel are very neglected, one enters the room and it seems that one enters a 1 star hotel, broken curtains, no black out, broken air conditioning that does not cool, dirty windows, bathroom, with a dead cockroach in the bathtub, broken sink, minibar on the floor, in short, much to be desired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that they are fixing the street in front, a problem to be able to enter and exit the parking lot, almost an impossible task, a thousand maneuvers to do it, and they do not warn about these issues so that the client knows and chooses whether to reserve the same or not. On the way back, nothing good, except the normal breakfast and the location that particularly worked for me. The rest, and especially because of the cost and the SUPPOSED 4 STARS, are forgotten!!!!!!!!! I have been to other hotels in the Wyndham chain and they do not represent the quality of the chain at all!!!!
