I made a cancelable reservation directly with the hotel, with a 30 percent deposit. Our plans changed and I canceled months before the deadline--and received an email stating that my deposit would be returned. It wasn't. Three subsequent emails went unanswered--I was completely ghosted, except for the bombardment of promotional emails. After more than a month of this, I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company with all of the written documentation. I have never had this happen before, and would not have expected it from a reputable hotel.

Splendid place with private beach, spa, swimming pools, comfortable rooms, kind and professional staff. The cuisine is very good. A special mention for the director Raffaella, always efficient, professional, with the utmost hospitality.. Highly recommended

Efficient and qualified staff (Raffaella the 🔝 manager, Pierluigi chef 🔝, the barwomen Anna and Stefania high level, but all generally high level). They had told us very well about this structure and we thought we would try it, but the result was disappointing. Small room for four people. without even a support surface. Small bathroom. the swimming pools are not well maintained. In the heated one: dirty water and a gazebo with a moldy bed. The largest pool, the walls were falling apart. The first day for a sandwich and two slices of ham and mozzarella we waited about an hour and a half and paid almost 12 euros per course. Let's say that the location is not bad, the beach is nearby and the cuisine is good but the prices are too high for the structure which is not a 4 star.

This review is difficult. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There is a lot of staff and the service is friendly. There are spas and pools that I haven't experienced. The private beach has umbrellas a little too close together and is not looked after as it should: sunbeds not cleaned in the morning and rubbish not collected. The rooms are of various types: we occupied a comfort one; pretty, well furnished and well maintained, with a small balcony, but really too small! 2 of us can barely move, there isn't an armchair, the table is mostly occupied by the television and there is little space left to work. I think the price of 350 euros per day is excessive for the room in question. Nice but tiny bathroom. Breakfast is average, the salty part is a little lacking.

Truly a nice holiday! Elegant and welcoming structure, recently renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant is adequate, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the beach is nearby and well organised, the SPA is of absolute importance... in short, the ideal place to spend a period of relaxation, surrounded by comfort and attention. We returned to Cilento in Acciaroli after years and we were very happy, we found a beautiful town with many new features. Congratulations to the structure where we stayed... hotel la pineta guarantees excellent hospitality, quality food and a wonderful beach. I forgot a Spa with a capital S. Attention to the smallest details. Cleanliness everywhere and well-kept gardens. We had a great time and will definitely be back. We leave a piece of our heart in Acciaroli and in this wonderful hotel.
