The room looked clean enough upon arrival but there were hairs in the bed and a lot of hairs in the shower as though it hadn’t been cleaned.

The front desk customer service was very nice—we were greeted warmly upon arrival. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable. However, my only concern was the smell in the room. It had an unpleasant odor, like dirty linens, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Great location, kind staff, fair room
I travelled with my son and husband to visit family who lives in the area. Parking was ample. We were greeted with a friendly smile after the host took care of busy on the phone. When we arrived, the phone continuously ring and the the lobby was busy. With so much going on, the host continued be be kind and welcoming. The room was okay. The room looked as if may need some updates in regards to the tub/shower (water pressure low because shower and tub water run at same time), small chunk of bathroom door missing, and AC grill was broken. The location of the hotel is good. The staff was kind and patient with my son. This is the most important factor for me. Breakfast was well attended ( I cannot eat due to a specialized diet). The hotel is a bit expensive but maybe due to location. Again, great location!
