Very dirty hotel. Broken ceiling. Staff gave us dirty and broken rooms on purpose. Wifi wasn't working, AC wasn't working. We booked 3 rooms and I had my parents and my young children with me. They had plenty of good rooms available, which were of the same category that I had booked. But they didn't give us. Staff was friendly but their policy is probably to give the bad rooms out and keep the good ones unused. Not going to pyramisa again.

The furnitures are old, the towels look old, the place is full of dust behind the tv and the corners, the price is too expensive for what you get!
The service is very good everyone very friendly and they like to help.

We book a room with 3 single beds, we arrived around 6 (3 hours after check in) & there were only 2 beds , 2 hand towels only, the room became ready around 10 o’clock after we contacted them many many times.
We stayed 2 nights & no one came to clean the room & empty the bin which as usual all 5* hotels follow.
Only the reception & food area are nice & clean plus very good breakfast.
We decided not to book it again .
