excellent accomodation environment and warmhearted people. I liked it too much. In our busy life we go out for relaxation . its a good place to pass times with family..food facility is standard . buffet is too rich and standard . loved it too much.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was gorgeous – clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. Everything felt really high-end and relaxing. The pool and spa were definite highlights, and the whole place had a calm, luxurious vibe that made it easy to unwind. Service was top-notch all around. The only small downside was the food – it tasted great, but there weren’t a lot of options, especially if you're staying more than a couple of nights or have specific food needs. Would’ve loved to see a bigger menu or more variety. Still, overall an amazing stay and I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful escape.

I’ve booked a Queen’s Deluxe for 20th February. It’s our marriage anniversary. That’s why, we wanted to know their restaurant menus beforehand to order something special. But Someone from their Facebook page replied that they don't publish their restaurant menu in online. They encourage room-staying guests for their resort. Then he asked me if I’m a room-staying guest. Therefore, I showed the proofs of my booking details. Even though I confirmed that I am room staying guest, the man in their page again refused to share their restaurant menu! This is not only unprofessional but also very weird of them. I never heard anything like this in other top notch five stars hotels in Bangladesh. This kinda attitude will discourage guests to book and order from their restaurants. After all, their menu is not rocket science. By the way, I’m yet to experience their service in the resort. However, my beforehand experience regarding their online communication is worst and they are definitely mannerless.

Overall, while the location might pose a slight inconvenience for avid travelers, the resort's ambiance, spacious accommodations, and quality dining make it a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately we were not staying at this hotel but we decided to go there for lunch. We were welcomed by Mr Nazrul Islam and sat by the pool and explored the magnificent gardens before going into the restaurant for the buffet lunch. The food was excellent and there was a great variety of dishes. It was expensive by Bangladesh standards but reasonable for foreign tourists. Certainly a very pleasant and memorable experience.

The first time I visited Grand Sultan was in 2014. I have visited many times. The environment is great. But The Palace is the best resort in BD. But it has been a long time since I visited Grand Sultan. Recommended to visit with family. The swimming pool is massive.

Very scenic resort. The service needs to improve at the Oronno Bilash hilltop restaurant as se were left waiting and could not take a seat until we ordered, however one of the waiters did not even acknowledge us. Mobashir is a very good waiter and went above and beyond.
