The room is very clean, the hotel is in a great location, the service staff is very friendly, and there is also an airport drop-off service. However, the shower water flow is small and it takes a long time for the water to heat up.

The hotel is clean and well catered. The staff were friendly and very willing to give a helping hand. Robel and salamawet of the reception were outstanding in the way they listened and catered for my needs. Those two deserve my special mention. On the whole, the standard of the facility is quite high and should be kept up

Wonderful hospitality !! Staff especially very friendly and helpful, makes a person want to visit the same stay again if in this city. However, a little more on the cab facility can be taken care of by partnering with any travel company. Otherwise, best! Special shoutout to Biruk, for helping me throughout !

I am from Kenya and for the first time booked double tree by Hilton I have had the best hospitality vibes and most importantly my food didn’t have spices as ordered because of my allergies I have eaten well and able to deal with weather change issues well . My past experience with Addis wasn’t good before The staff Anwar, Hamere, Tedelech and the rest have come in handy to make sure I stay comfortable like a queen My room and even my breakfast was awesome and loved it . General reception from the reception was amazing I liked it
