Enjoyed the stay. Great room, very spacious and good facilities

Overall, a very good stay! The staff is warm and attentive, and one receptionist even made the effort to speak French, which was a nice touch. The hotel offers many valuable services, although a few areas could be improved. For example, staff sometimes knocked on the door despite instructions to do so, and room service sometimes mixed up orders (coffee instead of hot chocolate). Regarding the sauna, the air was almost unbreathable, probably due to plants or products used in the water. Positive point: the free airport shuttle, a very convenient service that made the stay easier. Overall, a great experience! This hotel will remain on my list if I return to Ethiopia.

After staying for a week, the Wifi and mobile phone signals were not very good. The wired network was intermittent due to power outages. Hot water was often not available. The room was quite big and the food on the top floor was delicious.
