Very very good location!! Most attractions are just walking distance especially the Rundle Plaza. Like 6-8 mins away from the hotel. Railway and bus stations are also close. If you’re into western fastfood, there’s a KFC and McDo both sides of the street where the hotel is located. Many food choices for breakfast buffet. Room and T&B is big and clean. Complete with amenities with small fridge and iron and stand. Highly recommended and will probably book here again next time! 💕

Strategically located along the hip and happening Hindley St. Service, near to the free tram lines as well the main road for buses. Serviceand amenities were great. Probably can improve the breakfast selection. Cup provided in the room was dirty.

The hotel is at a very convenient location but not as safe on weekend nights, the hotel hired security guards at night so advise not to wonder around too late unless you are going to pub or so drinking. The car park is secure, each exit will cost you $28 though. Overall would recommend this hotel

Facilities: Holiday Inn Express's usual setup. Cleanliness: Overall very good. Environment: Convenient transportation nearby. Service: Service attitude was decent. It's right next to Adelaide train station, and there are many dining options downstairs.

On check in reception were rude and unapologetic for increasing the advertised price (and booked price) by $30 and advised that the website we booked on must have been pricing in Singapore dollars despite the booking made in Melbourne Australia. Then their Eftpos machine would not accept either my debit card or credit card or my wife's credit card and could not offer a solution and made us both feel like we were second class citizens, when I suggested they try their other Eftpos machine they were reluctant but eventually agreed and the payment went straight through. Disgusting conduct by this business.
