Miller Apartments

Great place to stay in town I had a one bedroomed apartment and it was fabulous. The room was spacious, fully equipped , and a great shower, and the bed was fabulous. The sheets and towels were of good quality, and I slept like a baby! The laundry was a brilliant addition, as was the servicing of the apartment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage, too The only downside could be the location , as it is on a very noisy main street (Hindley St is full of food places, and there was a busy bar directly opposite the entrance). It didn't really bother me, but I could see it affecting families. All in all, I think it was fabulous value, and I would recommend it .

The stay was generally okay, and the place was pleasant. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The kettle was missing, so we couldn’t make coffee or hot drinks. The complimentary coffee sachets and cookie appeared old, and there was no complimentary bottled water provided. Additionally, the AUD 150 bond has not yet been returned as promised and is taking longer than expected. Overall, while the stay was pleasant, it was not fully satisfactory for me. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

The location was central to CBD. Everything within walking distance. Service was very good at reception, however, I found the small apartment not as clean as elsewhere I have stayed. Microwave dirty, bottletop lids left on lounge table, greasy fingerprints on fridge and coffee or tea stains on cupboard doors. Perhaps it is not generally like this and the room was cleaned in a rush...not sure. Sheets on bed were clean as were towels in bathroom. I really like smart TV's where I can watch YouTube, and my own subscriptions chrome casted onto tv. Unfortunately it was not a smart tv and had to watch programs on my laptop. The rooms do have wifi which was a relief.

Pretty good for a few days we enjoyed the stay the place is huge. The area is excellent too. Parking spaces are TINY though and we had a large vehicle so it was a little hard to park.
