Stamford Plaza Adelaide

Even though it's a five-star hotel that's been renovated, the location is really great - there are tons of restaurants and shops around, and it's pretty standard with good value for money!

Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

The whole experience of staying in this low class hotel was terrible from beginning to end. I paid for a superior room as was given a room that was definitely not superior. This was fraud. On check in a paid the deposit in cash and had to ask for a receipt, but the receipt given was not correct. Low IQ front desk staff. It got worse from then The lifts were very slow and 1 was not available due to being repaired. The shower leaked all the time. The staff failed to clean the room on the second day. My advice is avoid this hotel group entirely and save yourself money and anguish.

I had a fantastic time during my stay and was pleased with the service and location of the hotel!

The front desk team was very supportive for getting the parking spot for my large vehicle
