Booked two room separated for two nights, hotel can not provide the same room to stay, and on the second day, need to check out an check in again, many troubles, and the second day I need to wait until late I can go into the new room, I didn't meet such kind of this in other hotel, other hotel would provide the same room or a quick change rather than you wait for the whole noon for extra multiple hours

The front desk keeps calling us regarding ice bucket that is ordered by another room more than 3 times when we did not order. There is a lack of communication among their staff internally when another staff already realised they were wrong. It was very annoying that they interrupted my stay. Also the basin was blocked and the technician came to my room multiple times to get it fixed. They are wasting our precious time. Also the front desk manager Naomi Yanez asked the police to kick me out and told me that they can freely kick me out without giving any legal basis as long as they are unhappy to do my business. The police further told me that I will be arrested if I try to go inside the hotel when I in fact paid in full for the upcoming whole week and did the paperwork for check in.
