The hygiene is that of a motel. There is nothing special. The environment is good. The other areas are RV campsites. The overall look is good. There are cameras at the door. Generally speaking, it is economical and can be lived in. It is just suitable for living alone.

Beautiful setting, right by the River Torrens. With birds singing every morning (not so good if you want to sleep in). Cabin was small but had most basic facilities.

Obviously cheap accommadation also means lower respectable people with no value for other people whom are there to sleep. Rarely in the nights l was there did l get a peaceful night sleep without the tv and loud conversations without the whole night. I have ended up having to find more suitable accomadation.
Also I did leave my pillow there and left a message that l would be there the following week as usualy to get it. No communication back and no pillow. So dont leave any thing valuable as you wont see it again.

Very surprised with the state of the room given the small price I paid. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom was clean. The shower pressure was incredible. The location was convenient. After hours arrival was arranged and simple.

The person at check in was rude and spoke poorly of callers and their nationalities and spoke with a mouthful of food. Upon check out earlier she was rude and arrogant. Had emails with the manager who was lovely, supportive and helpful.
The facilities were clean and the park was beautiful. The beds not so much.
The good service i had from the manager will make me try there again. Id love to say get rid of the 2 that were in the office they will make the park lose business

I had a Budget Room. Great value for overnight stay, but would be too small for longer stay.
Car Parking was available in an area outside of the Boom Gate entrance.
