I wrote a review 4 years ago which is printed below. Corona has been hard for all of us but hotels even worse. After making a reservation again this year I read some very negative reviews of this hotel which fortunately in my view were, at the very least, spurious. All 4 rooms that our family had were superb. The service was most polite, and I found the meals delicious. My son and wife are vegans so they were not so satisfied. The pools were clean and my grandchildren were simply ecstatic to go swimming every day. The beach on the sea was close and of course they loved that as well. The manager told me that they are renovating the rooms this winter. The bathrooms are the most important to improve . BTW the wifi was 10 times faster this time. I know because I measured it. Our whole family including 3 generations found this hotel more than satisfactory. Pools and slides for the children, good beach, plenty to do for the parents, and quiet relaxation for the us grandparents. Excellent cuisine for all, spacious suites, top notch cleanliness, and out standing courtesy from all the staff including the gardeners, waiters, cooks, receptionists, house maids and manager. I definitely plan to bring all of our family again.

Stayed here for 11 nights August 2023, The worst hotel I have ever stayed, cleaned our room twice and we constantly told them it hadn't been cleaned and they came at 6pm, broken furniture, the room smelled of damp and had mold. The restaurant was disgraceful never knew what anything was, everything was cold so had to eat out every night the world cuisine is Fried egg or pasta. Never saw the pool s cleaned, stated adults only pool area not got one. One bar that was dirty and drinks rancid. The list goes on and on, first time in 30+ years I wanted to get on the next flight home it was that bad, And Tui are an absolute waste of time.

I agree with other comments that it was dirty, unhygienic, and hotel also has some plumbing problems. Add to that, for additional services you are able to pay only in cash, and they don't have breakfast boxes.

Avoid! Hotel is dirty, room looks like I wasn't clean for good few months! We had a room with pool - massive mold on the wall next to the pool. Bathroom dirty , smelly and small! No lifeguard on duty - this meant to be family hotel! On a water slides- out of control! People using inflatables on slides- kicking other users, pushing ect! Overall one * I think would generous! Do not waste your money find another place to stay! I do understand covid hit industry hard but to keep hotel nice and clean is not a difficult job. Food - average always the same- not too much choice.

We have stayed there for a week, 29th July to 5th August. Hotel have all facilities as you may need, but the clean is very poor. The room was not cleaned all the week, only few towels changed once. Shower is very small, it is difficult for a tall person. Hotel have AI program. Restaurant 3 of 5 stars, breakfast always the same and after few days get bored, dinner and lunch have not rich variety of food. Hotel is second line, you have to go through other hotels to the beach. Beach is very rocky there, so you will need shoes. Hotel hasn't a parking, so you need to leave a car on a street.

Our stay started 11th of October and ended 18th of October. We are a couple and 1 year 7 months child. To us it was told that it is a perfect hotel for a family with baby - believe me it is not. The hotel is not 4* at all, the best I can tell is a 1* motel. We came about 8 PM and they gave us a room near pool party and the music in our room was like in a disco. I can send videos personally who would like. We and our child couldnt sleep till 11 PM and our baby started heating with 39 deg temp. The room was awful, the mold everywhere, awful stink from wardrobe, baby crib was with a shorter mattress than the crib so we had to put towel the mattress to stay in place. There was no hot water in the room We asked to give us another room where it would silence and they told to us no, come in the morning. Without sleep in the morning, they said come around 12 and we will give you another room. They gave us another room, as they say "upgraded", but it is same room just in another building and with a pool outside our balcony. Why we need it when we have 1,5 years old baby who can fall into it straight from room? There is no fence or anything. To make it short, 3 days we were living without hot water only with freezing and even we could go to it not to get sick. After 3 days of arguing with hotel, I said that I will not go from reception until they give us another room or switch hot water, because other had it and in the main building there was hot water. So after 3 days they turned on hot water in our room. There is no food for children, no animators, no SPA and much more no. I recommend you to stay way from this place.

16/08/2022-23/08/2022, room 1007. Kitchen - OK, alkohol - OK, but the room does not match the hotel category. The room was not prepared for living. Room on the ground floor, sad view from the window, dim light bulb in the bathroom, non-working air conditioner. This is a level of 2 or 3 stars, but definitely not 4 stars.

Rooms were quite big, but practically without wardrobe, so we had to keep majority of the clothes in the suitcase. Beds were too soft and not very comfortable for sleeping, shower was so small that even our children were complaining about the space and for last 3 days there was not enough warm water for all 4 of us. The worst part was the cleaning, the room was cleaned 3 times in two weeks, and sheets were changed only once, one day before we left. Even when we left the sign on the door to clean up the room, nothing happened. Hotel area is really nice, with lot of pools and children can enjoy the time in the hotel, also pool bars were really good and hotel staff was always nice and friendly. Food variety was very good, although the taste was nothing special, but generally it was ok. We enjoyed baklava as a desert, that was really delicious. The beach is close to hotel and very nice, shoes are recommended due to the rocks in the sea.
