I wanted to thank you all for making our stay so incredible! Yorgos, Iordanis, Darina, Maria, and all the other staff members were so friendly and kind. Stuff speaks English, abd surprisingly some of them knows Russian, and even some French and German. This made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel was perfect - clean and spacious, with a great gym, two pools, and plenty of sun beds in the relaxation area. The hotel room was super clean and big. We stayed in room number 615 and were impressed by the daily cleaning service. The staff changed the sheets, towels, and provided extra tea bags each day. We also enjoyed the yoga sessions near the swimming pool every two days. The catering was delicious and varied each day, we were so happy that we buy “all-inclusive” stay, it was the best decision! In addition, we had a great time during the Greek dinner and party held at the hotel on the weekend. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and there were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing vacation and are already looking forward to returning next summer. Thank you, Hotel Adel Paradise team, for providing such a wonderful experience!

Except friendly staff, there are no pluses in this hotel. The hotel is located on a hill, 10-15 minutes to the sea. There are big waves in the sea, a solid stone block a few meters away when entering the sea, it is dangerous. There was no hot water in the room, the mattress on the bed was not bad, it was terrible, only springs. They changed the room only on the fourth day, when you just go every day and complain that there is no hot water. It is incredibly hot in the room. Lucky for us we didn't take dinner or all inclusive. Breakfasts are monotonous, only yogurt was tasty. One of the pluses is that you can rent a car directly at the hotel.

Mediterrian 4*, in North Europe 3*. Fantastic staff, always try to do their best, 5* for them. Food was good, this is small hotel. I have been in better all inclusive hotels but also worse than this. Almost all customers was from Finland or Sweden when we visit. Young swedish (age 18-20) was quite noisy.

The hotel is more like 3* hotel, but had everyhting we needed for a relaxing Cretan holiday! The staff is very friendly and ready to help if needed, the place is clean, the beds comfortable enough (even with back issues), all-inclusive had a decent variety of different foods, pool is great and there are plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, the overall athmosphere is really laidback and peaceful which we enjoyed, and the location on a hill means both a quite sweaty walk uphill from the stores, restaurants and beach, but also excellent views! You can see all the way to Rethymno and the sunsets here are breathtaking! We had one of the upper balconies but you can also see the gorgeous view from the bar deck and the restaurant terrace! Taxi to Rethymno was 14e, but there is also a cheap bus option if you walk to the ”main street”. We rented a car through the hotel, is was also pretty cheap and they delivered the car to the hotel and back, there is a free parking area. You can ask the reception for a beach recommendation, they will give you information on the free sunbeds available at a beach close by. Few things to improve would be the gym and its equipment. It seemed to be in the development still, with only two gym machines. Some weights and a couple gym mats would already go long way. Also, the A/C in the rooms is okay, you can sleep etc, but has to be on all the times you are in the room, so it doesn’t cool the room too efficiently. Te bathroom gets quite wet after a shower, somekind of a tool to help the water get to the drains would be useful. But these were just small things, the overall experience was great and relaxing, we had read all these bad reviews beforehand but were very positively surprised, we enjoyed our holiday a lot and would even consider coming back!

WARNINGWARNINGWARNINGWARNINGWARNING This "hotel" is a scam, it is only ,max1 star . the food is disqusting, the rooms are really bad smelling foul of human feces, the pool is absolute filthy (hair and oily surface), filthy and unclaned. Small outside bar serving plastic cups of vodka by a russian guy who is obviously sexualy interested in every female / small girl on deck. I traveled for many years and this was my 5th visit to crete in 15 years, the experience at this hotel made me decide, i will never return to greece.

A hotel under new management who saw the potential in this hotel and I must say they really succeeded. The room is clean, nice and modern... the sea views is perfect, especially at sunset. The food is good, tasty and there is a lot to choose from - different food every day. Regarding the location there, it is also questionable, the hotel is located 500+- from the beach, but when you come back, you will train your fitness a bit because hotel is located uphill, but nothing terrible. In the vicinity, you will find a pharmacy/doctor/shops/supermarkets and of course the mentioned beach. The hotel also has parking, so it is not a problem to arrive by car or to rent a car directly at the hotel, a big plus for me. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is clean and big enough to accommodate all the people staying, I didn't feel crowded there, there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. I must highlight the excellent work of the staff who were always helpful and smiling. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights we has no choice as I was sick and couldn't fly. Room A very small room with little storage, a decent fridge and a modern bathroom.Good aircon and a large patio but needs somewhere to hang clothes to dry other rooms have them so not sure why this room doesn't. Food Breakfast was ok food was cold. Lunch and dinner are passable but not much variety. Location Up a hill is not good for people with mobility issues. Pool The worst part, dead wasps and other insects floating in the water don't seem to be cleaned. Very Slippy nearly slipped over twice. Ok for a quick stay but not somewhere I'd visit again.

In my opinion this hotel would be better as a good 3* instead of a bad 4*. B&B would be acceptable but All Inclusive was very poor. The selection on the buffet was very limited, often the lunch was exactly the same as the evening meal, the only options for desert were melon and ice cream, every day! The food was good but not an acceptable selection for people on all inclusive who may eat there 3 times a day. The alcoholic drinks were limited to beer, wine, raki, ouzo and brandy. If you paid for a cocktail it was served in a glass with lots of ice, if it was an all inclusive drink it was served in a plastic cup with minimal ice (apparently the staff had been told to only give 1 ice cube in all inclusive drinks!). The staff were young and maybe inexperienced but they were polite and helpful, I think the problem was with the management cutting corners and trying to offer all inclusive on a budget that didn't fulfil 4* expectations. Great view for sunsets though.

Totally would recommend this hotel. Location is pretty great, few minutes away from here, there are bunch of super markets, pharmacy etc. View from the room is stunning. At every meal everyone will surely get something delicious for them. The icing on the cake was caterer waiter - Demis (always smiling and nice) and the receptionist (don’t know his name, but such an awesome dude)
