該民宿在興安服務區附近，步行3-4分鐘就可以到興安服務區換乘中心，位置優越。但客房設施老舊，衞生間的上下水管已破舊到漏水，洗個手衞生間的地面就都是水。我們到的時候，服務枱無人，等了好久才辦理了入住，態度也是冷冷的，讓我感覺是90年代初招待所的感覺。客房不配電熱水壺，熱水需要自己到一樓用熱水瓶打。無電梯，住樓上的需要自己提行李。無取暖，但有電熱毯。我為了住得舒服，兩個人我預訂的是家庭房，房間很大，但服務無温度。

入住阿爾山閑德避暑山莊的體驗十分舒心。店家的服務熱情周到，從入住到離店都讓人感覺親切貼心，細節處的關照讓人如沐春風。
山莊的環境遠離喧囂，靜謐悠然，周邊景緻宜人，清晨醒來能聽見鳥鳴，傍晚漫步可感受微風，是放鬆身心的絕佳去處。設施衞生狀況較滿意，房間較好

避暑山莊，生活設施啥都全，一樓有大飯堂、公共衞生間、開水爐、洗衣池。樓梯道台階鋪了枱布，這點非常友好。在公園景區內，很安靜。房間面積大，住着舒服，服務也非常非常熱情。酒店有些年頭了，儘管酒店很細心的採取措施，還是衞生間有點味道。

店家一大家子都在熱情招待遊客，住了兩晚，老闆給了端頭房間，頭一次離森林這麼近，推開窗就是。老闆是阿爾山本地人，有問必答。住的時間短，衹徒步走小路探險杜鵑湖和鹿鳴湖，景色迷人，期待秋天再來。

晚上老闆帶我們在門口看星星 有衞星走過 也有飛機的燈劃過 太開心了！生平第一次看到銀河 超讚 圖片是拍到的北斗七星
