不得不認真評價一下，這家店國慶期間漲價到1500+一晚，在阿爾山景區內好的酒店資源確實少，那也就算了，大家可以自己看看平時多少錢。前台一個人沒有就留個電話號碼，沒有電梯，行李要自己提上樓梯，房間看上去是整潔的，但是！但是睡了一晚之後就不知道被什麼蚊蟲要了，腫了且化膿三天塗葯膏沒有用，衹能回家去醫院。真不知道床鋪裏到底有什麼。1500+的酒店不含早、沒電梯，呵呵。就這種衞生狀況和配套設施也敢溢價到如此地步，12315咋不管管？

房間的確大，但卧室好冷，另外屋子裡地上老有死蒼蠅，然後沒人幫忙拿行李。比較好的地方是馬桶和洗澡的分開倆房間了。最好把房間供暖改善一下，加個暖風機啥的，硬需求還是要滿足的…（這分數在我這種比較善良的客人這算比較低的分數了）

衞生：超級多蒼蠅，七星瓢蟲，白天打掃了晚上回去還是很多，搞得我睡覺都做夢有蟲子爬我身上，整晚都沒睡好！工作人員也知道這個房間一直很多蒼蠅，我們要求換房被拒絕了！這個房間有問題就不應該掛上網。
服務：幾乎沒服務，房間裏面也不提供水，想出去裝熱水也沒有。諮詢訊息還不準確，害得我們看日落白跑一趟。
環境：環境還行，挺新的，就是距離熱門景點太遠，位置不是很方便
設施：沒有供暖，也沒有空調，熱水器也不給力，洗完澡得等一段時間才可以繼續用。

外面裝修還可以，但是基本沒啥服務，前台經常看不到人，得扯着脖子喊才出來。入住的時候前台得知我們打算吃飯，特地推薦了周邊一個叫“龍泉湖”的餐廳，説是他們當地最好的餐廳，結果整個就餐過程中就我們這一桌客人，炒的菜跟阿爾山其他地方比更是一言難盡。第二天在興安服務區其他餐廳吃飯，發現他們推薦的餐廳價格貴了有50%左右。朋友們不要踩坑。

景區唯一一個能叫樓的住宿地點，室內乾淨衞生，我去的比較早，室內沒供暖，聯繫去的人多穿點。
店家貼心的準備了電毯子，打開了，非常暖和！

酒店位於興安服務區，相比天池服務區安靜很多。外觀相當漂亮。住了一晚套房，房間很寬敞。建議衞生間增加乾濕分離。

酒店位於興安服務區，算是這個服務區最好的一家酒店。這次是和朋友一起來，適合家庭自駕和孤獨旅行者。距離杜鵑湖非常近，步行大約20分鐘就可到達。景區房間簡約高級舒適，大的窗户陽光充足，即使還沒供暖，晚上也不冷。乾淨衞生，房間有很多關於阿爾山的攝影畫冊，特別適合攝影師入住。下次還會選擇這家入住🩷
