老闆娘人特別好，前一天住她家隔壁的鄭家大院房間特別冷，給凍感冒腸胃炎犯了，第二天早上到她家，跟老闆娘要了兩衹藿香正氣水喝了，拉肚子拉了十幾次，又在她家躺了一天都超時了才緩過來，她家暖和，開了電暖風在屋裡都可以穿短袖了。老闆娘特別關心我，我走之後給老闆娘轉紅包她都沒收，下次來還住你家！

房間比較簡單，有電熱毯，老闆還給了個電暖氣，不太給力，但也不算太冷，還可以接受，老闆比較熱情，離景區區間車站走路5分鐘，周邊也有一些餐館

交通很方便，酒店在天池巴士換乘點傍邊，提前購買門票入住後，可以很方便乘座景區巴士前往各個景點。周邊吃飯也很方便。

房東人很好，第一天晚了，還有點下雨，天氣較涼，房東大姐給煮了一大碗麪條吃了後一下子就暖和過來了，住的很開心

店家是一位大姐，房間設施很差，廁所：馬桶蓋是壞的，花灑固定不住，如果洗澡的時候得一個手拿着！沒有毛巾浴巾供應，洗漱用品較差！房間有電褥子，根本沒有空調，就是一個電暖風，而且噪音很大，住把邊的房子，半夜房間咔嚓咔嚓作響，不知道是什麼，好像是老鼠，響一宿，非常影響休息！非常差的體驗！擔心床褥不乾淨不敢脱衣服睡！

跟鬧着玩似的，空調就是個小風扇，比2元店賣的還差的那種，電視遙控器，等於擺設，一點不好使，被子很不衞生，尿的大黃圈都還在，枕頭生蟲子，總之很潮濕，住着很不舒服，服務人員態度還行，其他太需要改善了
