非常爛！
1、火牆房晚上不給燒火，火牆涼的，屋裡冷！老闆説火牆開關在隔壁，隔壁已經睡了，無法處理，給我一個小暖風機，一開起來聲音巨大根本無法睡，一夜無眠！
2、一晚上停電四五次，來電之後沒幾分鐘又停電！
3、平台寫了 12 點退房，要人九點之前退
4、投訴平台之後還狡辯

這家店環境不錯，房間衞生和被褥都特別乾淨，火炕是燒木頭🪵的，躺在被窩裡特別暖和，一直熱到天亮竟然微微冒汗，阿爾山氣温很低，沒想到屋裡這麼暖和，老闆也很熱情，給我們耐心講解景區裏情況和路線，還幫我們買了門票，這家酒店離不凍河特別近，步行幾分鐘就到了，離乘車站點也幾分鐘的路程，對了她家鐵鍋燉也是一絕，食材新鮮，總之就是住在這裏太滿意了，強烈推薦呦

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，朝陽，一天都有陽光照射，屋裡有取暖器，床上有電熱毯，睡的很暖和，洗漱用品齊全，飯菜可口，價格親民，老闆服務態度很好，很滿意，下次再來還住這家😊
