最差的一次居住體驗，服務真的是太差了。開始訂了一間無窗標間和一間無窗大床房，後來媳婦兒想住標間，退了大床換成了標間。到了酒店前台就誘導説我們退了一個有窗的大床房換成無窗的標間，媳婦兒一聽有窗，就跟前台加價換回了有窗大床。到了房間一看，就合著就是一個閣樓，上面有一個很小的天窗。到前台要求換回原來的無窗的標間，被告知就在我們上樓這段時間，房間就這麼巧訂出去了。樓上閣樓漏風，很冷，要求鋪一個電熱毯，酒店説我們就兩個人，服務不了。真是氣死了，酒店前台明明知道這個所謂的有窗大床不如無窗標間，還誘導我們加價更換；要求換回，房間就這麼巧，上個樓的工夫訂出去了；這也忍了，但是那破閣樓那麼冷，要求鋪電熱毯，跟我們説服務不了，還陰陽怪氣的，這我跑這兒住酒店，還是受氣來了。 後來又加價住了有個正常窗户的標間，感覺這個酒店就是公寓改的,門上貼的都是膠，還有不知道誰貼的囍字，室內前面凹凸不平縣，還有裂縫，窗户也是裂的，被子還有污漬，很難想象這是一個連鎖酒店集團的水準，都不如路邊幾十塊的招待所。 打格林豪泰熱線投訴，要求道歉，退還差價。晚上6點多投訴，半夜10點多，都睡著了，給我來電話了，説的訴求我們都滿足不了，還有沒有訴求了。。。 我覺得可能是我對格林豪泰這個品牌，有什麼誤解，不是所有連鎖酒店的集團品質都能保證的很好的 以後不會再住這個品牌的酒店了。

昨晚半路爆胎了，叫了拖車，司機本來是把我們送去漢庭的，結果沒房了，就來了這裏。設施是差了點，可以將就，但是牙刷有個被開過了包裝就感覺沒有認真清理房間。最好笑的是早上酒店的大哥查房，大哥滴卡一把推開了門，當時我都震驚了……原來是室友昨晚把門鏈鎖了，再加上大哥的手力…………門框都被卸了😂😂建議下次先敲門，不然門都不夠拆的🤣看在這麼好笑的程度，我給五星吧🤣🤣

太差了，什麼也沒有，跟圖片超級不符，價格還貴！裏面亂糟糟的，床鋪好像塑料布都沒去掉，一躺上去亂響，衞生間一直有滴水聲，房間地板跟牆就這樣！

很難評，不是因為價格，旅遊地有旅遊地的市場價格，在前一天扎魯特也是住格林豪泰，非常好。很難評是因為我認為這家像是假的格林豪泰，沒有任何連鎖的特點（除了名字），是家庭型旅館吧，具體情況可以參照很多差評，基本屬實
