Hotel is on a prime location.Only a short walk away when travelling on airport shuttle.Staff is friendly and helpful.

After a 13 hour journey me my wife and 4 children got to the hotel 9pm only to find the hotel has been shut for over a year. On the beach (travel agents) whom we booked through weren't even aware of this yet they still took our money almost £1000. We were forced to find another hotel and pay £2000 extra. Nightmare Will never use on the beach or this hotel company again i have attached photos beneath. Please confirm my review with the regional tourist office in agadir if you like. I have tried to contact on the beach through email and call but no luck

Communal areas were very clean and maintained, all staff were pleasant and friendly, apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything I needed, except it was directly above bars so sleeping at night wasn’t easy. However, I would happily come again and bring my children and grandchildren, but request a room higher up

My friend and I went here as a last minute holiday 11th November 2025. Staff were AMAZING COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US The room though was a disappointment,did not have the items that was advertised ie_ no tv,no air conditioning,no mini bar,no toiletries,no utensils, hairdryer,no electric kettle,no balcony or terrace.No games area Yes we had a lovely area on ground floor with a table and chairs to sit at outside your room. Yes you had crockery and cutlery but to be desired.We had to put bottled water into a coffee pot to boil water for making coffee and tea.Room also felt damp and always cold 1 radiator in the bedroom and that was it. We did go to reception and ask why the young boy says they had all this stuff before COVID but now owner does not do any of this now,so it is officially false advertising,and I think it should be marked a 2 ⭐ I hope the staff stay as they are very welcoming and pleasant,they speak to you and ask if we are ok. I have never had to complain about a holiday before and I've been a few places and I feel bad but I think this needs to be said so people can see what hotel is really like

Clean and central. Helpful staff, big rooms, close to restaurants, shops etc and market selling essentials at the front entrance. Prices similar to other markets. Souvenir and leather shop next door to that. Good products and lovely staff. The hotel is moorish and relatively basic : no hairdryers in room, no television, no lift if you have special needs or prams etc. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but doesn’t detract from enjoyment of holiday. Apartments are currently being refurbished (Nov ‘25). I really enjoyed getting back to basics and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here with my husband. We’re planning to come back early next year and again in October. The climate is superb at end Oct/ Nov neither too hot nor too cold. Daytime is mostly warm enough to sunbathe but it can be breezy. Mid weight cardigan or hoody ideal for evenings sitting out. Yes I would recommend this hotel. Good value for money and close to beach, shops, restaurants.
