Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

The rooms were very comfortable overall, and the service was excellent. Everyone greeted you, and they even offered turndown service at night. The pool was large and had a resort-like feel. The restaurants were a bit pricey, but the food was delicious.

This hotel is the most cost-effective among star-rated hotels. The breakfast is particularly rich. You can choose vegetables, fruit juices, and freshly squeezed juices. I booked a sea view room and was given a house on the first floor with no view of the sea. After waiting for an hour, I was given a house that was still under construction. The next day, I waited a whole day to adjust the room again. The restaurant spa is super expensive.

The hotel was lovely. The communication with staff was difficult sometimes as 80% did not know how to speak English. There was very small ants around the outside and inside of the door to our hotel room when i made them aware they did not understand or didn't want to understand and did nothing to resolve the situation. Communication when ordering food was difficult ended up ordering double and paying more for certain items due to lack of understanding. If fluent in french then you are ok. Overall the hotel was beautiful.

This is a stunning hotel with beautiful pool areas and a choice of 3 restaurants all of which offer excellent food. The breakfast was amazing with loads of stunning pastries and everything you could wish for. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.
