The food was good, clean and varied. The room was spacious and clean. Lovely beds, and nice view, although this time we didn't have a balcony

For the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast. It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

Disappointed with my stay at Anezi Tower Hotel. My request for a mountain-view room and decoration via Trip.com was ignored, and reception had no record of it. The first room faced the pool and had to be changed the next day. Cleanliness was poor, with visible marks and debris in the room. The location was inconvenient, as taxis and deliveries couldn’t access the entrance directly. Breakfast was low quality with limited options. The mountain view was the only positive — would not recommend.

Pleased with hotel and friendly staff. I have come to this hotel twice. Will come in future. Its very clean food 10/10. Suitable for everyone. Disable access too.

Great location friendly staff but they charge you tax when u arrive friendly and good service desk for booking trips and travelling

Pictures of the hotel & rooms sold us a dream, a dream that turned into a nightmare upon arrival. Looked very good from the outside, and in reception, but the rooms were quite the opposite. Severely dated decor throughout after stepping out of the lift to our floor, this followed into our rooms, none of which had a balcony yet where ‘superior’ rooms. Breakfast was terrible, overpriced, and would only recommend eating out instead if you must stay here. Facilities-wise also shared the same feeling, booked a Hammam/sauna/massage for 3 people and was a complete waste of money. Hammam was not a Hammam but a 2 minute scrub and rinse and the sauna was just a slightly warm room which had a sauna coal feature piece which provided no purpose. Reception staff were quite unhelpful and did not carry the right welcoming attitude. 2/10, 2 marks were for the housekeeping staff for making sure our rooms were in order when we were out and about.
